today I'm going to share my review of the Sonokam Gyeongju breakfast buffet.

Sonokam Gyeongju Breakfast Hours

Session 1: 07:00 ~ 08:20

Session 2: 08:40 ~ 10:00

📌 When paying for breakfast or checking in,

they will ask you which session (Session 1 or 2) you'd like to book.

Session 2 tends to be very popular and can sell out quickly, so plan ahead!

I figured Session 2 would be busy, so I booked Session 1 and went right at 7 AM sharp!

But even then, maybe because it was a Sunday,

there were quite a few people already!

The Sonokam Gyeongju breakfast area features

a full glass wall on one side, offering a lovely promenade view.

There's also a separate indoor area

specially designed for families of four or more.

There were about four long buffet tables,

and the variety of dishes was truly impressive!

It was clear that many families were visiting with children

or bringing their parents. They have baby chairs and baby tableware well prepared.

The Sonokam Gyeongju breakfast buffet reportedly offers a total of

around 60 to 70 different menu items.

Both my father and I were extremely satisfied with the breakfast.

Korean Cuisine & Side Dish Corner

The Korean cuisine section featured a wide variety of soups,

namul (seasoned vegetables), kimchi, meats, fish, and so much more – my father truly enjoyed it all.

I felt that the Korean food selection was exceptionally well-curated.

Salads and Cold Dishes

Fresh green salads, mixed salads, and more –

there was a great variety,

including smoked salmon, various hams, and an assortment of cheeses,

so even those who prefer a lighter breakfast can truly enjoy it.

Live Cooking Stations

For all you noodle lovers out there,

you *know* how good a bowl of rice noodles for breakfast can be, right!?

Sonokam Gyeongju offered a fantastic variety of rice noodle toppings,

and the broth was absolutely delicious!

What's more, you could enjoy three types of dim sum,

along with made-to-order omelets!

Bakery and Desserts

The breakfast at Sonokam Gyeongju is a dream come true for bread lovers,

and dessert aficionados.

Among all the breakfast pastries I've had,

these were hands down some of the best.

Especially the French toast, bread pudding, pancakes, and waffles –

these were dessert items you don't often see at other breakfast buffets,

and the taste was simply superb!!

With fruits, yogurt, drinks, and even coffee available,

it was perfect for dessert,

and the menu selection was sure to please the kids too.

From Korean dishes and bakery items to instant pho,

the variety appeals to everyone.

If you're traveling with kids and parents, I highly recommend

having breakfast here for at least one day of your trip!!
