It was my first time trying Silbi Kimchi, and it paired surprisingly well with the galbi.

We thoroughly enjoyed 3 servings of pork ribs, steamed egg (계란찜), cold noodles (냉면), and rice at Galbi-e Ppajida (갈비에빠지다)! The side dishes accompanying the main course were also excellent.
The cold noodles (냉면) were particularly outstanding! Their thin, tender noodles combined with a cool, refreshing, and savory broth made them the perfect complement to the pork ribs.
Most importantly, my mom gave this pork ribs restaurant her seal of approval, making it a place we'd definitely want to revisit on our next trip to Songdo.
