Hello, fellow travelers! I'm Julius.
Looking back at my journey to the Czech Republic, it remains one of my absolute favorite travel memories.
Prague has this timeless, fairytale charm that pulls you in, and I wanted to share a slice of that magic with you today!

To make the most of my time, I managed to book a direct long-haul flight to Prague.
Before boarding at Incheon Airport, I grabbed a quick Shake Shack burger to fuel up for the journey ahead.

The flight took about 13 hours in total.
It was my very first time being in the air for that long, and honestly, it felt like a never-ending journey!
Thankfully, the in-flight meals were fantastic, which made the long hours much more bearable.
It really made me appreciate flying with a major carrier!

We touched down well after sunset.
Since it was a late-evening arrival, we hopped on a city bus and headed toward the center.
The bus ride took about an hour, and then we walked the rest of the way to our hotel.

Along the way, I spotted this striking statue and snapped a quick photo, even though I had no idea who it represented!
One quick tip for anyone planning a trip here: Prague's iconic cobblestone streets are incredibly charming, but they are a nightmare for rolling suitcases!
Dragging my heavy luggage over those uneven stones was quite the workout compared to the smooth pavements back home.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well-lit and vibrant Prague felt at night.
Wandering around late in the evening felt completely safe and welcoming.

The next morning, we set out to explore the city's historic heart.
We visited some breathtaking historic buildings and stepped inside a stunning local cathedral.
It was fascinating to watch local residents gathering for service, offering a beautiful glimpse into daily life here.

Seeing these architectural masterpieces in person—designs I had only ever seen in history textbooks—was truly awe-inspiring.
The sheer scale of the buildings and the intricate details of the stained glass windows were mind-blowing.

The weather was perfect for walking around, with clear blue skies.
Standing amidst such history has a unique way of making you feel beautifully small.
📍 Charles Bridge
Karlův most, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic

As evening fell, we made our way to the legendary Charles Bridge.
If you're a movie fan, you might recognize this stunning gothic bridge from Spider-Man: Far From Home.
The night views here are absolutely unmatched.
With talented street buskers playing acoustic music and the castle glowing in the distance, the vibe was pure romance.

We wrapped up our night by strolling through a local night market,
popping into quirky boutique souvenir shops,
and just soaking in the relaxed European night vibes.
While some details of the trip have faded with time, the feeling of pure happiness remains so vivid.
Prague is a destination that stays in your heart, and I find myself constantly dreaming of going back.
These travel memories are the treasures that keep us inspired in our day-to-day lives.
I’m so excited to start documenting more of these happy moments here. Thanks for reading, and stay tuned for more adventures!
