The pools at Paradise City Hotel boast incredible indoor and outdoor facilities.
But the real magic happens outside: the outdoor pool offers
unobstructed views of airplanes taking off and landing,
instantly giving you that thrilling "I'm on vacation" vibe.
I've stayed at Paradise City Incheon about three times now.
Between the stunning pools, Cimer spa, Wonderbox indoor theme park,
epic breakfast buffets, the food court, and the art galleries,
every single detail is flawless. It truly is the pinnacle of hotel staycations.
Quick 2026 Update: On September 23, 2025, Paradise City acquired the neighboring Grand Hyatt Incheon West Tower. → On March 10, 2026, it officially reopened as 'Hyatt Regency Incheon Paradise City'. The original Paradise City Hotel remains exactly the same, so make sure you are booking the right property! |
I actually received my mobile check-in alert around 2:00 PM.
You can hit the pool before you officially check into your room,
but honestly, there's so much to explore at the Paradise City Plaza
that you'll never run out of things to do.

Indoor Pool Routine Maintenance
During this period, only the outdoor pool is open.
The pool locker rooms will be closed,

The indoor and outdoor sections are seamlessly connected,
so you can enjoy swimming regardless of the weather.
The outdoor pool is surprisingly massive,
which is why it's such a massive hit with families.
They even have dedicated shallow pools for young children.
If you're traveling with family, booking a cabana adds a nice touch of luxury,
but honestly, even if you don't reserve one,
there are plenty of complimentary sunbeds and towels available,
making it easy enough to claim a good spot.

If you add a visit to Wonderbox (indoor theme park) or Cimer (European-style spa),
you'll definitely be wishing for a 48-hour day!
The Premier Deluxe room spans about 581 sq ft,
but the layout makes it feel much more spacious.
For comparison, the standard Deluxe room is around 484 sq ft.
You can choose between a King bed or Twin beds!
The overall design features muted beige and warm wood tones,

The massive windows open up the space, offering great natural light.
The nightstands on both sides of the bed have charging ports and lighting controls,
and there's a comfortable sofa and table setup that's super convenient.
The beds at Paradise City Incheon are exceptional.

paired with high-end Hungarian goose-down bedding.
A perfect night's sleep is practically guaranteed!
The bathroom at Paradise City is definitely a highlight
of this highly recommended hotel.
Finished in elegant marble, it features a deep soaking tub
and an expansive vanity counter with plenty of room for your toiletries.

Guests can use the swimming pools once for free, even before check-in. The indoor pool operates from 7 AM to 9 PM, and the outdoor pool operates from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Yes, the indoor pool is scheduled for regular maintenance from Monday, June 8, 2026, to Wednesday, June 24, 2026. During this period, only the outdoor pool will be available. Locker rooms will not be accessible, so guests must change into their swimwear in their rooms before heading to the pool. The indoor pool will reopen as usual from 2 PM on June 25.
The Premier Deluxe Double Room is approximately 54㎡ in size, with a choice of King or Twin beds. The beds feature Simmons Premium Beautyrest mattresses combined with Hungarian goose down bedding. Bathroom amenities include Byredo Bal d'Afrique scented products.
On The Plate breakfast operates from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. It features a live pho station, egg station, bakery & dim sum section, and a Korean food corner. It is especially popular with families due to its many kid-friendly menu options.
