Today, I'll introduce you to **Notes Coffee Roasters**, a fantastic **London coffee spot** that's perfect for when you've visited **St Paul's Cathedral** and want to relax and enjoy some downtime!

We did an 'open run' at St Paul's Cathedral, and since we had a little time before it opened, we popped in here. This café opens super early, making it perfect for enjoying coffee with brunch!
What's more, it's right **next to St Paul's Cathedral**, so you get great views of the cathedral even from inside the café!
Notes Coffee Roasters opens bright and early, so we saw tons of locals grabbing their morning coffee to-go. It was really cool to indirectly experience the vibrant energy of locals enjoying brunch before work!
From the outside, Notes Coffee Roasters might not look huge, but it's surprisingly spacious! There are seats not only on the ground floor but also on the basement level, so it can accommodate quite a few people. If you can't find a spot upstairs, head downstairs! Oh, and the restrooms are also in the basement.

Notes Coffee Roasters had quite a variety of bakery items! However, **most items were priced between 3-4 pounds, which is roughly ~$4-6 in USD**, so for Korean visitors, it might feel a bit on the pricey side.
Beyond their café-made drinks, they also had bottled beverages and simple snacks available.

In addition to simple bakery items,
they also offered a diverse menu of brunch and drinks.
Brunch items were reasonably priced, around 10 pounds,
and coffees were generally around 3-4 pounds!

Service Charge 12.5% 0.98 pounds
We simply ordered two coffees.
However, if you choose to enjoy your drink
inside the cafe instead of taking it out, a 12.5% service charge
is added separately, so do keep that in mind.
The prime spot in this cafe is the table near the entrance.
You can truly soak in the magnificent grandeur of St. Paul's Cathedral
while you sip your coffee!
It was also quite fascinating to watch people passing by.
There are plenty of seats outside the cafe too,
so if the weather is lovely, you might want to enjoy the terrace.
As expected with the service charge, they served us at our table.
And for your information, they also assisted with payment at our table when we left.
Our first coffee was a Long Black.
It's similar to an Americano in Korea,
and unlike the filter coffee we also ordered,
it had a much richer foam.
This black coffee had a very subtle acidity,
which perfectly suited my taste.
Next up was the Filter Coffee!
The filter coffee had absolutely no foam.
Compared to the Long Black, it felt much lighter.
If you prefer a stronger coffee, I'd recommend ordering
the Long Black over the filter coffee!
Before entering St. Paul's Cathedral,
enjoying a leisurely coffee break here made us feel
like true London locals.
What's more, even with such a magnificent cathedral view,
the coffee wasn't expensive, so it felt like we got a fantastic deal!

On Mondays, we operate from 8 AM to 5 PM. From Tuesday to Thursday, we are open from 7 AM to 10 PM. On Fridays, hours are from 7 AM to 6 PM, and on weekends, from 9 AM to 5 PM. We are open every day of the week.
