Lotte Duty Free Incheon Pickup & Shopping Guide
Get the most out of your Seoul trip with our guide to Lotte Duty Free online shopping, Incheon Airport T1 pickup tips, and a massive K-beauty haul review!
Hey there, fellow travelers!
Today, I'm sharing my ultimate guide to shopping on the Lotte Duty Free online app.
I will walk you through my personal duty-free haul and share exactly how to pick up your items seamlessly at the airport. Let's dive in!
Shopping on the Lotte Duty Free App

Before jetting off,
I placed my order online using the Lotte Duty Free mobile app.
Shortly after, I received a notification detailing my exact pickup location at the airport.
▶️ Pickup Counter: T1 West Desk
▶️ Location: Incheon Airport Terminal 1, 4th Floor (Opposite Gate 45)

If you are departing from Incheon Airport Terminal 1,
you will need to walk down the concourse until you spot Gate 45.
The Lotte Duty Free pickup area is located right across from it.

Just look for the escalator leading up to the 4th floor, right below the Matina Lounge!

Once you go upstairs, the staff will direct you to register at the self-service kiosks first.
At the Lotte Duty Free kiosk zone,
you simply scan your passport,
and it will print out your waiting number ticket.

Just like this!

Luckily, the waiting area was completely empty when I arrived, so my number was called instantly.
Head over to your designated counter window to collect your packages.
My Duty-Free Haul & Shopping List

Here is a quick look at my beauty shopping list for my trip to Vietnam!
Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Duo
YSL Glow Pact Cushion
NARS Blush
Aveda Scalp Serum
Bioderma Lip Balm
Primage Sunscreen
Bobbi Brown Cream Shadow Stick
The Saem Horse Oil Hand Cream
Let's Slim Golf Stockings
Aestura Atobarrier Cream Duo
Tooc Glitter, Bushman Sunscreen, and more!

Before ordering online, I actually dropped by the physical Lotte Duty Free store in Myeongdong.
I wanted to see if I could score a deal on a luxury bag, but with the current exchange rates, it actually ended up being more expensive than buying it at a regular department store.
So, I decided to stick strictly to cosmetics on the online app instead.

The ultimate haul shot!!!
Not all of these are mine; some are gifts and requests from my family that I ordered all at once.
✔️ Pro Tip: Always check the app daily to download the "Coupon of the Day."
✔️ If you have access to local mobile payment options like KakaoPay, look out for their instant discount promotions which usually open daily at 1:00 PM for the first 150 users.
I unfortunately missed out on the extra mobile payment discount this time, which was a bummer!

Keep in mind that all liquids, gels, and creams are packaged in a sealed security bag.
You must not open this bag until you arrive at your final international destination!
Solid items (like powder blushers or lipsticks), however, can be unboxed immediately after pickup.
Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair

The absolute holy grail of duty-free shopping! 🤎
The Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair serum.

This is a duo pack containing two massive 100ml bottles.
The standard duty-free price was around ~$179, but with the daily exchange rate fluctuations, I paid about ~$181.
For comparison, here are the prices on the official US retail site as of 2026:
115ml (single bottle): ~$170
75ml (single bottle): ~$122
The 100ml size is a duty-free exclusive, making this duo pack an absolute steal!

YSL Glow Pact Cushion
Shade: BR20 Cool Ivory
I've heard so many amazing things about this cushion and had to try it.
I grabbed it for around ~$45.
Note that it only comes with the main compact, no extra refills are included!

Next up on my list: the classic NARS Blush.
I scored this for around ~$18!
I recently bought a different shade at a department store for about ~$26, so the duty-free savings here are definitely worth it.

Moving on with the beauty haul—
The Aveda Invati Advanced Scalp Revitalizer serum.
I picked this up for a solid price of ~$32.

The highly-hyped
Aestura Atobarrier 365 Cream Duo Set.
Both my partner and I love using this because it's incredibly gentle on sensitive skin.
It was only slightly cheaper than Olive Young, but still a great addition to the haul.

One for the little one!
Primage Sunscreen.
I tried looking for this at the Lotte Department Store Main Branch in Myeongdong, but they didn't stock the sunscreen. Luckily, the online Lotte Duty Free app came to the rescue!

I always need travel-sized hand creams, so I grabbed this set!
Since it contains horse oil, the moisturizing power is top-tier, and the price was unbeatable.
A pack of 6 for only ~$8! The discount rate on this was absolutely massive.

The final item on my list:
Bioderma Atoderm Lip Balm (3-pack).
I believe I paid around ~$9 for this set.
I'll skip the other tiny miscellaneous items for now!
That wraps up my Lotte Duty Free online shopping and airport pickup review. Happy travels and happy shopping!
