London Souvenirs
The Ultimate London Shopping List
From royal teas and luxury biscuits to football jerseys, keyrings, tote bags, and Harry Potter merch.

Every single souvenir recommended in this guide is something I personally bought during my travels in the UK.
I ended up spending over ~$640 on gifts and keepsakes in London alone! To help you plan your shopping spree, I have rounded up the absolute best items to buy and categorized them by location.
1. Fortnum & Mason
Royal Tea, Biscuits, and Chocolates

Fortnum & Mason is one of London's most iconic tea brands.
Holding royal warrants to supply tea to the British royal family, its quality is unmatched. It is so famous that you can find their products internationally, but nothing beats visiting their flagship store.
If you are looking for classic British tea gifts, this flagship store is the largest tea emporium in London, making it a one-stop shop for your souvenir list.

✔ The Tea: Their signature blends are a must-try. Go for the Royal Blend (a royal family favorite), the fragrant Earl Grey Classic, or a soothing caffeine-free Chamomile.
While loose-leaf tins look beautiful, tea bags are much more practical as gifts for friends and family who might not own tea strainers.

✔ Cookies & Chocolates: To pair with your tea, grab some of their famous biscuits and chocolates. The salted caramel biscuits and chocolate-coated shortbread are highly recommended.

✔ Jams & Marmalades: Jams are an essential part of a proper British breakfast. They offer a massive selection here; the classic Orange Marmalade and Raspberry Preserves are crowd favorites.

✔ Teapots & Mugs: Their signature Eau de Nil (Nile blue) teaware is stunning, though the price tags can be a bit steep.

I bought a massive stash of tea bags and biscuits here, spending about ~$205 in total.
The flagship store is located right near Piccadilly Circus, making it incredibly easy to access. Plus, they carry exclusive products you can only buy in London, making it the perfect stop for unique gifts.
2. Harrods Department Store

Harrods is world-famous as the epitome of luxury shopping in London.
Alongside high-end designer brands, they have a fantastic food hall and gift shop filled with premium souvenirs.

Even if you aren't planning to buy designer goods, it is well worth visiting just to experience the sheer scale and beauty of the department store.

✔ Harrods Tea & Biscuits: Harrods produces its own line of signature black teas, chocolates, and biscuits.
While Fortnum & Mason is widely available, Harrods-branded treats offer a more exclusive feel. Their elaborate packaging designs make Harrods tea and biscuit tins a premium, sophisticated gift.

✔ Afternoon Tea Sets: They sell incredibly elegant teacups and teapots, though they carry a luxury price tag to match.

✔ Gourmet Treats: Depending on the season, you can find beautiful holiday-themed gift boxes and limited-edition confectionery.

From luxury cosmetics to fine bone china, Harrods has everything. Because the store is massive, it is highly recommended to plan your shopping list in advance so you don't get lost!
3. Football Club Megastores
Jerseys, Keyrings, and Matchday Scarves

London is home to some of the world's most legendary football clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea, and Arsenal.
Even if you are not a die-hard sports fan, taking a stadium tour and visiting the megastores is an unforgettable experience.
✔ Jerseys: The ultimate fan souvenir. You can even get official name and number printing done on-site to make it a personalized keepsake.

✔ Mugs & Tumblers: Branded with team crests, these are practical and budget-friendly gifts for any sports fan back home.

✔ Keyrings & Pins: If you want something light and inexpensive, club keyrings and badges are perfect to clip onto bags or jackets.

✔ Scarves: An absolute essential if you are attending a live match, and they make great wall displays back home.
4. Warner Bros. Studio Tour London (Harry Potter)
Wands, House Robes, and Wizarding Treats

If you are planning a trip to London, the Harry Potter Studio Tour is likely at the top of your itinerary. The gift shop here is massive and absolutely packed with magical items that will test your self-control.

✔ Wands: From Harry, Dumbledore, and Snape to lesser-known characters, they have an incredible collection of replicas.
You can hold and examine them before buying, which makes choosing your wand a wonderfully immersive experience.

✔ Robes & Apparel: Many visitors buy their house robes right at the entrance to wear during the tour. You can choose from Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, or Hufflepuff.
They also stock themed hoodies, scarves, and hats for everyday wear.

✔ Chocolate Frogs & Butterbeer: Straight out of the books and films! These make incredibly fun and nostalgic treats to bring home.

I ended up buying Hermione’s wand, which now sits proudly on display in my living room. Looking at it always brings back magical memories of London!
5. Primark

Primark is the ultimate budget-friendly high-street shop in the UK.
It is packed with incredibly affordable, practical items, making it the best spot to buy casual gifts and everyday essentials. It is extremely popular and can get packed, so try to visit during weekday mornings for a calmer shopping experience.

✔ Apparel & Pajamas: The prices here are unbeatable. You can grab cozy loungewear, trendy pajamas, and basic apparel in bulk without breaking the bank.

✔ Disney Collaborations: Primark is famous for its licensed Disney collections, featuring items you can only find in the UK. They make excellent gifts for kids and Disney fans.

I picked up two adorable mugs and a cozy hoodie for myself. All three items combined cost less than ~$19!
6. Sherlock Holmes Museum Gift Shop
Tote Bags, Teddy Bears, and Keyrings

An absolute must-visit for Sherlock Holmes fans! Located right next to the museum at 221B Baker Street, the gift shop is arguably even more exciting than the museum itself.

✔ Sherlock Bears & Tote Bags: Even if you aren't a hardcore fan, the adorable teddy bears wearing Sherlock's signature deerstalker hat and tweed coat are hard to resist. Their themed tote bags and mugs are also highly practical.

✔ Keyrings & Badges: They have an array of beautifully detailed keyrings and enamel pins that make great, lightweight keepsakes.

✔ Cosplay Accessories: You can buy the full detective set—deerstalker hat, pipe, and magnifying glass. You can even try on the hats in the shop to snap a fun photo!

I walked away with a Sherlock teddy bear and a vintage-style pocket watch. They add a perfect touch of classic British charm to my home decor.
While I definitely splurged on this trip to London, I don't regret a single purchase. Shopping for these unique items is half the fun of exploring the UK!

My Review of Shopping at Fortnum & Mason London
🔻How to Book and Get to London Harry Potter Studios🔻
The author bought a large quantity of tea bags and cookies suitable for gifts. They spent ~$205 on this shopping trip.
This is because Fortnum & Mason products are relatively easy to find in Korea, whereas the Harrods brand is not. Additionally, its elegant package design gives it a more luxurious feel.
You can have a player's name and squad number custom-printed directly onto the purchased jersey. This allows you to create a more special and meaningful souvenir for football fans.
The author bought two cute mugs for gifts and a hoodie for themselves. They purchased all three items at an affordable price of under ~$19 in total.
The cosplay set consists of a hat, a pipe, and a magnifying glass. You can try on the hat in the store to experience the Sherlock Holmes atmosphere for yourself.
