Review
When you order, they set you up with a portable burner, the frozen pork belly, fresh lettuce wraps (ssam), peppers, garlic, ssamjang (a spicy dipping sauce), pink sausage, mushrooms, seasoned scallions (pajae), and kimchi. It's a full spread!

Not only is the frozen pork belly affordable, but it's also incredibly fresh and generously portioned! You definitely get your money's worth.

The complimentary soft tofu stew (sundubu-jjigae) that comes with the pork belly arrives bubbling in a hot stone pot. It's a generous portion, and you can get a refill for an additional ~$4 – a fantastic deal!

There's even a self-serve egg-frying station! It's perfect for a quick, comforting side dish or a light snack with your drinks – who doesn't love a fresh fried egg?

On my visit, the outdoor seating wasn't initially planned, but because several evening patrons, including myself, requested it, the staff quickly set up a spot for us. The moment the table was set up outdoors, the atmosphere instantly came alive!

You can grill the pink sausage, mushrooms, and kimchi right alongside your frozen pork belly. The staff is also attentive, changing the foil on the grill when it gets burnt, ensuring a clean cooking surface.

Grilling it to a golden crisp on both sides and taking a bite... that taste! It's even better when you're eating it outdoors with a gentle breeze, creating the perfect ambiance.

When you wrap it in fresh lettuce with seasoned scallions, it's truly the best combination. We devoured four servings and were absolutely stuffed – a truly satisfying meal!
