On my last trip to Fukuoka and Yufuin, I used the Korean Air Prestige Garden Lounge West at Incheon Airport Terminal 2 (인천공항 제2터미널).

Prestige Garden West Location and Usage Conditions

The lounge I visited was the Prestige Garden West (프레스티지 가든 서편) near Gate 218.

It's different from the similarly named 'Prestige West (프레스티지 서편)' lounge, so it's a good idea to check for the 'Garden' indicator when making a reservation.

Actual Atmosphere and Food

The first thing I noticed upon entering was the calm and organized atmosphere.

If the Sky Hub I used on my previous trip to Da Nang felt bright and relatively casual, the Prestige Garden West had a more luxurious and serene vibe.

The food options were also more diverse than I expected.

They offered Korean food, meal options, light bites, beverages, alcoholic drinks, and even cup noodles.

In my opinion, it was more than enough to have a satisfying meal before departure.

Originally, I wanted to visit the lounge with the 'ramen library,' but I couldn't get the reservation I wanted, so I opted for the Garden West this time.

Still, I wasn't too disappointed because I could enjoy cup noodles here.

There was also a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, and even Baekmidang ice cream for dessert.

Internal Facilities and Things to Check Before Using

Besides seating and dining areas, the facilities I checked included restrooms, a nursing room, and shower facilities.

What was particularly convenient was not having to leave the lounge to rest again after eating and using the restroom.

If you're planning to shower, please check the usage instructions and waiting status immediately after entering.

The Korean Air Lounge is a perfect fit for these travelers:

✔ Those who have ample time for dining and relaxation, even after accounting for travel to their boarding gate

✔ Those who want to take care of dining, restrooms, and relaxation all in one place

✔ Those who prefer a calm and organized atmosphere, just like I experienced

Before you use it, check the distance to your boarding gate.

Even within Terminal 2 (제2터미널),

your route will vary depending on the lounge and boarding gate locations.

So, decide when you'll leave the lounge based on the boarding time on your ticket.

What if you can't use the Korean Air Lounge?

Even if you don't meet the eligibility requirements for the Korean Air Lounge,

you can still access other airport lounges.

Lounges like Matina (마티나) and Sky Hub (스카이 허브),

which you can access with a separate pass, are also great alternatives.
