it was a great way to browse!

As expected, being one of the first through the doors (an 'open run')...

Horumon Chichi began with the passion of a young man who embarked on his studies in Japan in 2007.

He received authentic techniques for 5 years at a local Yakiniku restaurant,

then directly managed two Yakiniku specialty restaurants for 3 years,

accumulating invaluable expertise.

It was born by combining this with a unique Korean style,

making it a truly proud, homegrown Korean brand‼️

For those who want to eat lighter and skip the full course,

You can order meat and sides à la carte,

But even if you just order a few individual items,

So it's much more cost-effective

While the grill was heating up,

We kicked things off with some amazing sides!

We ordered Yuringi (Korean-Chinese fried chicken)

A refreshing cabbage salad drizzled with sesame dressing,

And Jangajji (Korean pickled vegetables) to act as our pickles.

After setting up all sorts of delightful sauces,

We also ordered the cheese-filled, overflowing cheese steamed egg,

(Talk about a side dish feast!)

Our bellies were full,

but dessert is always a must, right?!

We finished our meal with bibim-myeon and cold udon,

and with just one minute left before last orders,

we managed a perfect finish

with Kiri mochi-like fried condensed milk mochi and ice cream.

From corn cheese and cheese balls to

all sorts of ramyeon, hotpots, rice dishes, donburi, and more,

this Jeonju Sinshigaji foodie spot is a dream for anyone who loves variety!

(I bet Youngsoo from 'I Am Solo' would absolutely love this, haha!)
