Recently, I had a trip abroad planned,

so I caught an early Sunday morning flight!

I used the Sky Hub Lounge at Incheon Airport Terminal 2

for the very first time!

I went assuming my credit card would definitely work,

but turns out it wasn't accepted at the Terminal 2 Sky Hub Lounge.

So, I ended up using a lounge ticket I had purchased previously!

If you look at the regular price for a lounge ticket on-site,

it's 45 USD for one adult (approx. ₩60,000 (~$45)), but if you buy it in advance like I did,

you can get in for just over ₩30,000 (~$22)!

The Incheon Airport Terminal 2 Sky Hub Lounge East

is located near Gate 268, and right next to it is a Transit Lounge,

making it perfect for grabbing a meal and then finding a spot to lie down and rest!

The West side (Sky Hub Lounge) is near Gate 231,

so you can choose the one closer to your boarding gate.

Because the food selection is the same for both the East and West lounges,

though the crowd levels might differ slightly. On the day I went,

both the East and West lounges seemed equally busy.

(Since it was an early morning flight, both were crowded ㅠ)

I arrived between 6 AM and 7 AM on a Sunday morning,

and I was able to get in, but right after me,

everyone else had to wait!

Also, they charge an extra fee for the shower facilities.

At the Terminal 1 Singapore Airlines (싱가폴항공) SilverKris Lounge (실버크리스라운지) I used, they didn't charge separately... hmm. ㅎ

But since it was an early morning flight, I was busy eating

and taking a quick breather, so I didn't even think about showering.

There were about two massage chairs, I think,

but they were already all occupied!

And they even have manga here, so I thought it would be great to visit

during a daytime or evening flight when it's less crowded,

rather than an early morning one!

Alright, now let's dive into the Terminal 2 Sky Hub Lounge!

Let me introduce you to the food!

I've used the Asiana Lounge (아시아나 라운지) and the SilverKris Lounge (실버크리스 라운지) at Terminal 1,

and I have to say, the food quality was surprisingly good!

Most of it was Korean food or fusion Korean dishes,

and the taste was excellent with a huge variety!

There were a lot of people, so I couldn't keep taking pictures,

but I'll share what I managed to capture!

Since the lounge is operated by Pulmuone (풀무원),

it felt like a truly comprehensive mini-buffet, offering everything from

Korean food, tofu dishes, vegan options, bibimbap,

alcohol, "bunsik" (Korean street food), beverages, salads, and Chinese food.

While the menu might not be the same every day,

they had a variety of ingredients for salads and cereals so you could customize them to your heart's content!

Right next to the salad corner, there was Gochujang Mayo Chicken (고추마요치킨), Shrimp Fried Rice, Yangnyeom Chicken (양념치킨),

and Tangsuyuk (탕수육)!

And this was the Pulmuone Tofu Corner,

a great section for those who are vegan!

There was also an alcohol and ramyeon corner,

but since I'm not much of a drinker, I only took pictures.

It looked like you could even have highballs?!

For ramyeon, they had Shin Ramyun (신라면), Yukgaejang (육개장), Jjapagetti (짜파게티), and more!

Plus, there were takoyaki, tteokbokki (떡볶이), Twigim (튀김),

and both spicy and non-spicy Eomuk (오뎅) (fish cakes).

And you could also enjoy Janchi Guksu (잔치국수) and pho,

but orders are only available from 7 AM to 7 PM!

Actually, there were even more food options than this,

but I sadly missed taking pictures of one entire corner. ㅠㅠㅠ

Anyway, there was a huge variety of delicious food!

It was a somewhat small lounge, but precisely because of that,

they accommodated fewer people, so there was no major inconvenience in using it.

Overall, I was really satisfied!

Of course, I'll be having in-flight meals on the plane, but...

the lounge food is much tastier than airplane food,

and you can also relax comfortably, so if you're using Incheon Airport (인천공항)

Terminal 2, I highly recommend checking out the Sky Hub Lounge (스카이허브라운지)!

Sometimes, you might have a card that doesn't grant lounge access,

or perhaps your travel companions don't have lounge tickets.
