Why I Chose This Airbnb
When picking our accommodation, three main criteria were super important to me:
1. Number of bedrooms/bathrooms
2. BBQ availability
3. A spacious dining area for the whole group
This spot is nestled in a quiet residential area, and since you get exclusive use of the entire first floor, it was absolutely perfect for our group getaway.

Plus, its accessibility was a big plus – it's about a 20-minute walk (around 1 mile) from Jakjeon Station. And with a convenience store just a 1-minute walk away and an E-Mart nearby, grocery shopping for our BBQ feast was super easy.

Layout & Facilities Review
This accommodation is uniquely structured, combining spaces from both Unit 101 and Unit 102, offering ample room to spread out. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it's perfectly optimized for larger travel groups.

Bedrooms & Living Spaces
Unit 101
This unit features two bedrooms. One comes with a comfortable Queen bed and a Super Single bed, while the other is furnished with a Queen bed.

Each room is equipped with a large TV, so you can easily stream your favorite shows on Netflix, YouTube, and other OTT services.

Unit 102
This unit offers an additional private bedroom with a Queen-sized bed.

Each unit also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a washing machine, and a dryer, adding to the convenience of your stay.

With a private yard and an outdoor BBQ area, you can enjoy al fresco dining, and the best part is, it's pet-friendly!

Bathrooms & Amenities
Having two bathrooms was a lifesaver, especially during morning rush hour – no waiting around! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toothpaste are all provided. Just a heads-up: don't forget to pack your own toothbrushes!

Honest Feedback
While we had a fantastic time, there are a few honest points to consider before booking:
1. BBQ Equipment
The listing mentioned an electric grill or burner, but only a burner was actually provided.

2. Additional Costs
Despite paying the ~$13 BBQ usage fee, we had to provide our own butane gas, which was a bit disappointing. Also, basic seasonings (like salt and sugar) aren't stocked, so if you plan on cooking, remember to bring your own!

Overall Verdict
✔️ Pros
· Walking distance to grocery stores and convenience stores
· Private use of the entire first floor for a secluded experience
· Free private parking
· Outdoor BBQ available
· Pet-friendly
✔️ Cons
· Located in a residential area, so a quiet hours policy (9 PM to 8 AM) must be observed
· Separate BBQ usage fee (~$13), and you need to bring your own butane gas/seasonings
If you're searching for group accommodation in Incheon for 4 or more people, I highly recommend this value-for-money Airbnb.
It's especially ideal for friend gatherings or casual parties, offering a comfortable and affordable stay.
