Of course, you might already know that airlines often provide wheelchairs at their check-in counters. But did you know there's another fantastic option available directly at the airport?

The big advantage of this airport rental service is its flexibility. If you're at the airport to see off a loved one who has mobility challenges, but they aren't actually flying themselves, you can still rent a wheelchair for them to use within the airport!

In short: even non-travelers can use this service within the airport premises.

However, please note that this service is not available for airport staff using it for official work purposes. (Though, an employee can certainly rent one for their own family member!)

* You can return it right at your departure gate.

* Short-term parking lot returns are also possible.

* Long-term and reserved parking lots are not available for returns.

🍒 How to Rent: Call the Help Desk (1577-2600) upon arrival at the airport, or visit in person.

If you're heading there in person, your first step is to make your way to the 3rd Floor Departure Hall.

Once you're on the 3rd Floor Departure Hall, keep an eye out for D Counter.

For reference, D Counter is located:

* On the right side of the two large display screens on the departure gate wall.

* Near Gate 4 if you're looking for an exit to the outside.

Head this way, and you'll spot the Help Desk – it kinda looks like a Mario coin box, doesn't it? 😉

This is your destination! Once you're there, let them know you'd like to rent a wheelchair. You'll fill out some quick details about your intended return location and time, show your ID for verification, and then you're all set!

When you're finished, simply leave the wheelchair at the designated return spot you agreed upon, and they'll take care of collecting it later!
