You'll find the Starbucks Book Cafe in Incheon Airport Terminal 1 conveniently located near Gate 27.
Just take the escalator next to Gate 27 up one floor, and you'll arrive on the 4th floor where the cafe awaits.

Since it's located past security, it's an ideal spot to kill time before boarding your flight. I initially expected it to be incredibly busy, being an airport Starbucks, but with so many seats available, it never felt overly crowded.

As you come up the escalator, you'll first enter the book retail area. Beyond a wide selection of books, they also sell various travel essentials.

Gift Card & Siren Order: What You Need to Know
Before visiting, my biggest question was about using gift cards and the Siren Order feature.

It can be a bit confusing since some services are allowed and some aren't at airport locations. The easiest way to remember is: all orders must be placed at the counter, and you CAN use gift cards when ordering at the counter!
One thing to note is that free extras are not available, so if you want to customize your drink, there might be an additional charge. It's always a good idea to confirm with the barista when you order!
A Look Inside the Expansive Cafe
This is arguably one of the largest cafes I've seen within Incheon Airport.
From one side of the cafe, you can watch planes taking off and landing, which truly enhances the airport experience.
Because the cafe is so large and offers abundant seating, I've never had to wait for a table.
So, if you have a significant amount of time before your departure and aren't sure where to wait, I highly recommend this spot!
Some of the tables are equipped with power outlets, which is incredibly useful.
This comes in handy when your phone battery is running low before an international flight or if you need to quickly use your laptop.
I found it incredibly convenient to charge my phone while enjoying my coffee. Heading into a long flight with a fully charged phone always gives me peace of mind!
