🐷Gourmet Bridge Basak Katsu at Incheon Airport T1 is perfect for those who:
✔︎ Want a quick and easy meal before boarding their flight
✔︎ Absolutely love a good tonkatsu (Japanese-style pork cutlet)

Even if my family has already eaten at home, it's become a cherished tradition to grab another bite at the Concourse food court before our flight. It's just part of our international travel routine!
When we're together, tonkatsu is almost always our go-to choice, and this trip was no exception. We decided to try Basak Katsu, located within the Gourmet Bridge food court. Since it's a food court, you pick up your order and find an empty table nearby. A great perk of Basak Katsu is that there's a tucked-away seating area in a corner that's usually much quieter, allowing for a more peaceful meal.

Ordering is super easy via the self-service kiosks. They offer language options in Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese, making it convenient for international travelers. Personally, while the multilingual support is great, I was most impressed that they accept various digital payment methods, including local options like Naver Pay!
Snow Cheese Tonkatsu

The Snow Cheese Tonkatsu is available as a set menu or à la carte. The main difference? The set menu comes with a mini udon, so your decision simply boils down to whether you want the noodle soup with your meal!

I apologize for forgetting a proper size comparison photo! But, to give you an idea, it's slightly smaller than my mom's face (don't tell her I said that!). This means it's definitely not a tiny portion, but it's not an enormous one either – just right for a satisfying meal.

Next up, a Stella Artois beer, which we ordered separately via Naver Pay. In the photos, it might look like a generous pour, but honestly, for ~$6, the actual quantity felt a bit small, which was a slight disappointment at first.

However, my dad, who was enjoying the beer, seemed perfectly happy with it, so I guess it was a happy ending after all! While it appears large in pictures, the actual serving size feels a bit modest. Still, it's larger than the small glasses often served with bottled Japanese beers.✨️

Complimentary water is available from the dispenser. I'd recommend grabbing some after your meal to stay refreshed.

✔︎ My Review of Basak Katsu at Gourmet Bridge, Incheon Airport Terminal 1 Concourse
While it's not the cheapest meal you'll find, if you're hungry before your flight, Basak Katsu is a great spot for a quick and satisfying bite to kick off your journey!
