04. Our Hurghada Dolphin Tour Review
We arrived at the marina, located a bit outside Hurghada city center, around 9:30 AM. Our boat was quite spacious, with an amazing upper deck perfect for soaking in the breathtaking Red Sea views. We waited for about 30 minutes on board for the rest of the passengers to arrive.
After about 30 minutes, everyone was on board, and we officially set sail towards the Red Sea's famous Dolphin House! The anticipation was building!
Down on the first deck, complimentary soft drinks, coffee, and tea were available whenever we wanted. We enjoyed a few refreshing sips and relaxed, and before we knew it, we had arrived at the Dolphin House!
We noticed quite a few other boats gathered, all with the same goal: spotting dolphins! And we weren't disappointed. Our guide started blowing a whistle, and almost instantly, dolphins began to appear!
Seeing these magnificent creatures so close, right before my eyes, was absolutely magical! 🐬 🐬 🐬 It wasn't just one or two; there were many, swimming all around us. It was such an incredible sight!
As soon as the dolphins showed up, everyone quickly swam towards them, eager to share the water with these amazing animals. We spent about 1 hour and 30 minutes at the Dolphin House, constantly surrounded by dolphins. It's truly a fitting name for this incredible spot!
After our exhilarating time at the Dolphin House, it was time for lunch! We headed back to the deck to enjoy a delicious buffet-style meal, featuring a variety of options including salads, pasta, and different meat dishes.
Once lunch was finished, we moved to a second snorkeling spot in the Red Sea, where we enjoyed more underwater exploration and even got to ride the banana boat! Personally, this was an activity with incredibly high satisfaction for its price, and I truly believe it's a must-do tour if you're visiting Hurghada.
