Today, I'll introduce you to Honest Burgers, a craft burger chain
that's a must-visit at least once on your London trip.

Honest Burgers Baker Street |
Opening Hours Mon - Sat 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM Sun 11:00 AM - 10:30 PM |

Honest Burgers is a craft burger chain with locations all over central London.
The Baker Street branch I visited is close to Marylebone Station, Baker Street Station, Madame Tussauds,
Daunt Books, and the Sherlock Holmes Museum.
So, if you're planning to visit the Marylebone area,
you might want to consider having a meal at Honest Burgers.

The Baker Street branch had an overall bright and clean atmosphere.
Even though the restaurant's exterior looks quite small,
there are plenty of seats extending deep inside, so the capacity was surprisingly large.
Plus, it's less crowded with tourists than other central London spots, so thankfully, there was no waiting!

They even had high chairs available on one side!
The staff guided us further inside, and we took a two-person table.

📌 Menu (Partial)
Beef/BBQ Chicken £12.25
Honest/Tribute/Chilli/Buffalo £14.95
Pesto £13.95
Limited Time Menu - £15.95
Classic Beef
Double Smashed Beef
Fried Chicken
Baker Street Local Menu - £15.95
Honest Burgers' menu is broadly divided into three categories: Beef, Chicken, and Vegan.
So, we ordered one beef and one chicken burger.
We ordered the most famous Honest Burger (£14.95) and the Fried Chicken burger (£15.95).

Basically, ketchup and mayonnaise are provided,
so feel free to add them to your fries as you like.
I initially planned to just have a burger, but I thought it might be a bit dry,
so I also ordered a Coca-Cola (£3.20).
At first glance, seeing the price in pounds, you might mistakenly think it's not that expensive,
but when converted to USD, it's almost ~$4!

After waiting for about 10 minutes, both burgers arrived.
For the Honest Burger, you can change the side,
and I requested to change it to a salad.
The Chicken Burger came with fries.
The bun size wasn't particularly large,
but with substantial ingredients and finishing the side dish,
it seemed like a decent amount.

First up, the Chicken Burger was a limited-time menu item,
so I ordered it thinking it would be unique.
It contained a thick chicken tender, bacon, pimento cheese, lettuce,
and BBQ mayo sauce.

The chicken was thick but tender and juicy,
and the combination of the special sauce, bun, and chicken tender was fantastic.
I was hungry, so it tasted even more heavenly.

The rosemary fries were savory,
and they tasted great with the burger.
Plus, the portion was quite generous, more than I expected!

Next up is the most famous, the Honest Burger.
The Honest Burger comes with a beef patty, bacon, cheddar cheese,
onions, pickles, lettuce, and a sweet sauce.

With the Honest Burger, you could definitely taste the juicy beef patty.
After trying it and comparing it with the Chicken Burger, I understood why the Honest Burger
is their signature item.
It was moist and tender, definitely giving off a premium,
artisanal burger vibe.
If you're torn between chicken and beef,
I'd recommend the beef!

And it was such a great decision to switch the side to a salad.
If I had only eaten fries, it might have felt a bit heavy,
but the freshness of the salad really balanced it out.

Including two burgers, one cola, and the service charge,
the total came out to £37.51 (approximately ~$49).
While this is about 1.5 to 2 times the price of a craft burger in Korea,
considering the cost of living in London, it was a
reasonable price for a meal for two.

You can pay at your table by calling a staff member,
and card payments are accepted, so keep that in mind.

After personally visiting Honest Burgers, a famous London eatery,
I'd like to recommend the beef over the chicken for your burger choice.
It was a distinctive burger where you could truly savor the juicy and tender beef.
What's more, if you choose fries as your side,
you'll find it surprisingly filling.
The chicken burger has a flavor that won't divide opinions,
so everyone is sure to love it.
If you're not a big fan of beef,
the chicken burger is also an excellent choice.
