Check-in is at 8:00 AM at the Halong Bay pier. You'll need to either stay in Halong Bay the night before

or depart from Hanoi early in the morning. I personally traveled with my sibling's car and only used the Halong Bay cruise product.

However, business packages and above include pick-up from Hanoi,

so you can choose according to your situation.

Upon check-in, you'll receive a welcome drink and board the cruise. The boat is surprisingly large and stable, so even those worried about seasickness should be fine.

09:00 Breakfast

As the cruise sets sail, your Halong Bay tour truly begins.

Head up to the deck, and you'll be greeted by an expansive sea and incredible rock formations stretching before your eyes.

Breakfast is a light meal, with simple options like bread, fruit, cereal, coffee, and juice available.

Having breakfast while sailing is such a unique experience! The scenery of Halong Bay outside the window made the meal even more delicious.

# 10:30 Visit Sung Sot Cave

Our first stop is Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave),

one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Halong Bay.

The cave interior is vast, allowing you to explore leisurely and snap some amazing photos. Climb the stairs, and you'll find a viewpoint at the top of the cave offering panoramic views of Halong Bay.

While the cloudy weather was a bit of a shame,

it also made the countless islands of Halong Bay appear even more ethereal.

11:30 Visit Titop Island

(Optional, Entrance Fee Separate)

Titop Island is one of Halong Bay's most famous islands. It's an optional stop, so only those who wish to visit pay the entrance fee to enter.

The biggest charm of Titop Island is the

trek up to its peak. You'll need to

climb about 400 steps, but once you reach the top, a panoramic view of Halong Bay unfolds before your eyes.

The scenery, created by the emerald sea and

the strangely shaped rock formations, is truly overwhelming.

It was quite a climb, more than I expected, so I

kept asking people coming down, "How much further do we have to go?"

Everyone would say, "Not much further!" lol.

The island also has a small beach where you can

enjoy swimming. It's lovely to swim in the cool

sea or relax on the sandy beach while admiring the views of Halong Bay.

Although there's a separate admission fee, I highly

recommend visiting if you want to see the best view of Halong Bay.

12:30 PM Lunch (Onboard Buffet)

Lunch is served as an onboard buffet on the cruise.

After working up an appetite since morning,

anything would taste good, but the food

was so delicious, it was easy to overeat! ^^

Especially for the Business Package,

half a lobster is provided!

2:00 PM Luon Cave Visit

Kayak or Bamboo Boat Experience

After lunch, we head to Luon Cave. Luon Cave

offers a special experience where you can enter the cave

by kayak or bamboo boat.

Kayaking or the bamboo boat is optional. The Luxury

Package requires an additional fee, while the Business Package and above include it for free.

I chose the bamboo boat. After passing through

the narrow cave entrance, a small lake-like

space appears inside, surrounded by strangely shaped

rocks on all sides, making it feel like stepping into a secret realm.

With such breathtaking scenery, it feels like

Vietnam is steadily becoming a tourism powerhouse.

3:00 PM Onboard Performance

We returned to the cruise to enjoy an onboard

performance. Traditional Vietnamese music and

dance were performed, which perfectly complemented the relaxed atmosphere of Halong Bay.

You can watch the performance while sipping on

a cool drink on the deck, or relax in your cabin

and enjoy the final views of Halong Bay. The Business Package

includes 2 hours of complimentary access to a deluxe room,

plus a hot spring bath and foot massage, which are perfect for unwinding.

The President Package offers exclusive use of a private

cabin all day, so you can retreat to your room whenever you need a break.

At 4 PM, the cruise returns to the dock.
