My Honest Review

📌 Sosohambak 2-Person Set
2 Main Dishes + 1 Side Dish
After much deliberation, we decided on the 2-Person Set,
which includes two main dishes and one side.

📌Charcoal-Grilled Hamburg Steak Set
The Charcoal-Grilled Hamburg Steak Set is Sosohambak's signature dish,
and it's a must-try in Gyeongju's Hwanglidan-gil!

The set comes with two generous hamburg steaks, accompanied by various side dishes
like dried radish kimchi and spicy squid jeotgal (fermented seafood), ensuring a satisfying and filling meal.
With both barbecue sauce and a poached egg (su-ran) available,
you can customize your flavor experience for even more deliciousness.

⭐️Here's a little tip⭐️
You can mix any leftover poached egg with your rice
for a simple yet delicious egg bibimbap!

📌Abalone & Shrimp Soy Sauce Marinade with Cold Buckwheat Noodles
Our second dish was the Abalone and Shrimp Soy Sauce Marinade,
originally served as a rice bowl.

We opted to swap the rice for refreshing cold buckwheat noodles,
which made for a perfect summer meal.

The savory shrimp and abalone soy sauce marinade
paired with cool naengmyeon? Irresistible!

📌Side Dish - Hanwoo Beef Tartare (Yukhoe)
This side dish felt like a full yukhoe course!
It came with various accompaniments like seaweed, pear slices, and fresh vegetables,
making each bite even more flavorful.

It comes with two pieces of hamburger steak along with side dishes such as dried radish kimchi and salted squid. For sauces, both barbecue sauce and a poached egg are provided, allowing you to enjoy it according to your preference.
We recommend mixing the remaining poached egg with rice after eating it with the hamburger steak. It makes for a savory finish, much like egg mixed rice.
Yes, you can change the soy sauce marinated abalone and shrimp rice bowl to a refreshing cold soba. The savory and salty marinated seafood pairs perfectly with the cold soba, making for a clean and satisfying meal.
