The restroom is located outside the restaurant (within the building).

Menu & My Order
Deunggalbiaekkochida's signature dishes are back ribs and skewers.
You can order directly from the owner after checking the menu on the wall.

My Order
·Salt-grilled Back Ribs ~$12
·Marinated Back Ribs ~$12 * 2
·Cheese Add-on ~$4
·Flying Fish Roe Rice Balls ~$3
·Soju ~$3 * n
My Experience
Each table comes with basic settings like water cups, a cutlery holder, a bone discard bin, and a portable burner.

After you order,
a complimentary serving of *Gungmul Tteokbokki* (soupy rice cakes) is served first as an appetizer.

Additionally, sweet corn, *ssammu* (pickled radish wrap), pickled garlic, and three types of sauces are provided.
They also offer individual plates, plastic gloves, cotton gloves, and wet wipes, ensuring you can eat comfortably.

Another fantastic bonus?
They even serve *Gyeranjjim* (steamed egg custard) as a complimentary side dish!

Since the back ribs are served fully cooked,
it takes approximately 20 minutes.
While you wait, let's talk about the benefits of back ribs!

And you can fill up your stomach with *Gukmul Tteokbokki* (soupy rice cakes) + *Gyeranjjim* (steamed egg).

And then there's the essential carb fix!
Adding *nalchi-al jumeokbap* (flying fish roe rice balls) makes for an unbeatable combination.

And finally, the star of the show: *deunggalbi* (pork back ribs)!
It comes out on a square griddle, served with cheese and *kimchi*.
It's all cooked through when it arrives, so you can dig in right away – super convenient!

*Sogeum-gui* (Salt-Grilled Ribs)
With its mild flavor, you can really savor the rich taste of the meat itself.
The meat is thick and comes right off the bone with a tender pull.

*Yangnyeom-gui* (Marinated Ribs)
You can adjust the spiciness level, and for a spice-sensitive person like me,
it was pleasantly spicy, with an addictive kick.
Wrap it up with some extra cheese, and the spiciness mellows out,
making way for an explosion of savory richness!

On my second visit,
I ordered both the mild and spicy marinated ribs,
and the addictive sauce kept me reaching for more.
Each serving comes with about 7 ribs, so the portion is quite generous!
