A brand-new hotel in the heart of downtown Tianjin, China,

Four Points by Sheraton Tianjin Jiefang Bridge. Following my previous post on check-in & room conditions,

in this post, I'm sharing my honest review of the ✅️ breakfast, gym, laundry room, and other

hotel amenities.

The breakfast served at the 1st-floor restaurant

is offered as a buffet.

The cost for adding an extra adult is ~$19 per person.

Since this space serves as a breakfast restaurant in the morning and transitions into a cozy cafe and bar in the afternoon,

you can enjoy your morning meal in a relatively peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.

Coffee and cereals are set up in the bar area,

while the main hot and cold dishes are waiting for you further inside!

Starting with steamed root vegetables, dumplings, and dim sum,

all the way to fresh salads, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, fruit, juices, and plenty of cold options!

I loved that the fresh fruit selection was much more diverse than expected.

The bakery section in the center was also high quality and delicious!

My visit coincided with the Gaokao (China's college entrance exam) season, so they even served traditional 'good luck' rice cakes.

With their subtle sweetness and soft texture, they were highly addictive—similar to Korean Baekseolgi.

✔️Enjoy hot options like tea eggs, congee, fried rice, stir-fried dishes, sausages, bacon, and more,

✔️along with local Chinese breakfast classics such as Youtiao, spring rolls, Zhimajiangbing (sesame flatbread), soft tofu, and brown sugar rice cakes.

The made-to-order ✔️ noodle station!

You can choose your noodle type and broth, and everyone seemed to be thoroughly enjoying the beef noodle soup.

Even ✅️ Jianbing Guoji, Tianjin's signature dish,

is freshly made right on the spot when you order at the egg station!

It has a much crunchier, livelier texture than a regular jianbing because of the crispy guoji (fried dough stick) inside.

If you're a bit hesitant to try street food, tasting it at the hotel breakfast buffet is a fantastic alternative!

Coffee, tea bags, milk, and more are also readily available!

While the variety isn't overwhelmingly massive,

✔️ both local Chinese and Western options are well-balanced,

✔️ and the overall quality is solid and reliable, making it highly recommended if you love a clean and satisfying breakfast.

The dining area is incredibly clean, tables are cleared instantly,

and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive.

6th Floor: Fitness Center & Laundry Room

At Four Points by Sheraton Tianjin Jiefang Bridge,

both the fitness center and the laundry room are conveniently located on the 6th floor.

6th Floor Fitness Center | Open 24 Hours

The gym is open ✅️ 24 hours a day, which is a massive plus since you can work out whenever fits your schedule!

On top of that, the high ceilings and a full wall of mirrors make the space feel incredibly spacious.

It gets plenty of natural sunlight, and you can enjoy a run on the treadmill while looking out at the city view.

With a great variety of weight and cardio equipment,

this gym is fully equipped to keep up with your fitness routine during business trips or long-term stays!

They also have plenty of yoga mats, Bosu balls, and exercise balls,

making it perfect for stretching or a quick yoga session.

Seriously, this place feels like it was designed by someone who actually works out regularly!

Bottled water and towels are well-stocked, and the air conditioning was nice and chilly.

Since the entire space is always kept sparkling clean, it was a genuinely pleasant environment to work out in!

6th Floor Laundry Room | Free Wash & Dry

The laundry room is also on the 6th floor, and you can enjoy ✅️ free self-service laundry!

This was an absolute lifesaver for my 4-night stay.

Why? Because the washing, drying, and even the detergent were completely free!!!

It's fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and they even have a steam iron!

Laundry detergent is also provided, so you don't have to worry about packing your own!

There's a cozy lounge area to relax in while you wait, and they've even thoughtfully provided laundry baskets.

The top units are the dryers, and the bottom units are the washing machines—there are two of each.

✔️ Plenty of laundry detergent is stocked by the sink area, and there's a handy instruction guide posted as well!

We happened to run into a staff member who was incredibly sweet and helped us out.

✔️ Paid laundry services are also available if needed.

Quick Summary

Located right in the heart of the city with fantastic room conditions,

the combination of a 24-hour gym + free self-service laundry room

is a massive perk, especially for long-term travelers!

As a brand-new hotel, all the facilities were spotless and well-maintained.

When you combine the location, amenities, and service, it was a highly satisfying stay 👍
