How to Activate Your Dubrovnik Pass
Even after purchasing your pass, the validity period only begins once it's activated. The 24-hour countdown starts either when you exchange your voucher for a physical ticket, take your first bus ride, or enter your first attraction.
This means that with smart planning, you can effectively use a 1-day (24-hour) pass across two days!
For example, we activated our pass in the afternoon on one day to explore the main city attractions, then used it for the City Walls tour the following morning.

You can purchase it offline at three tourist information centers located at Pile Gate, Gruž Port, and Lapad. The offline price is the same as on the official website.
Can I enter the Dubrovnik City Walls multiple times using the Dubrovnik Pass?
Free entry to the Dubrovnik City Walls is limited to one time during the validity period of the pass. In addition to the walls, you can also visit major attractions such as the Rector's Palace and the Franciscan Monastery Museum for free.
Is the validity period of the Dubrovnik Pass calculated immediately from the time of payment?
No. The validity period of the pass is calculated from the time you first board a bus or enter an attraction after exchanging it for a physical ticket. If you manage your time well, you can activate it in the afternoon and use a 1-day pass until the following morning.
