Review
After placing our order, we were served a warm seaweed soup and kimchi as complimentary appetizers.
Taking a spoonful on a chilly evening, like those with significant temperature swings we've been having, was incredibly comforting and warming.
The soup was rich and deeply flavorful, clearly simmered to perfection.

And for our Makgeolli of the day, we chose Incheon's local Soseongju!

The Rolled Omelette, made fresh to order by cracking eggs right after you place it, is always a crowd-pleaser.

It's generously sized with multiple soft, fluffy layers.

The Jeju Aged Kimchi Pork Belly Stew was a popular choice, ordered by many tables!
The deep, rich flavor of Jeju-sourced aged kimchi combines deliciously with generously portioned pork, creating a perfectly spicy harmony.

Although it comes fully cooked, it continues to simmer at the table, ensuring it stays warm and flavorful until the very last bite.
Its subtle spiciness wonderfully complements the sweet notes of the Makgeolli.

It was so delicious, we devoured the first plate and immediately ordered another Rolled Omelette!

Finally, the Seafood Pancake we ordered was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside!
It was generously packed with squid and various other seafood.

Tearing off a piece and dipping it in soy sauce is pure bliss!
