Located in Gapyeong-gun, it's just a 13-minute drive to Jaraseom,

and 16 minutes to Nami Island.

Surrounded by lush forests and serene valleys,

it's also an ideal spot for those who prioritize blissful relaxation

within the accommodation itself over extensive sightseeing.

3. 30m Heated Pool Operation

What truly captivated me about Brook5 was its incredible

30m x 7m outdoor heated pool!

The best part? It operates 365 days a year!

Just a heads-up, operation might be restricted during severe cold wave warnings.

Operating hours are from 3 PM to 8 PM, but

during the winter season (November to March),

they shorten to 3 PM to 7 PM, and

only the adult pool operates.

Swimsuits, rash guards, functional athletic wear, and hats

are all mandatory!

If you're visiting in winter, you should know beforehand

that only the adult pool will be open.

It's a heated pool, so being able to use it

even in colder seasons seems like one of the big

reasons to choose Brook 5, haha!

4. Room Types: Pool Villas, Kids Rooms, and Standard Rooms

Rooms are broadly divided into three types.

Pool Villas come equipped with a private indoor pool and

spa as standard, but if you want to use the heated water,

there's an additional charge of ~$36 per night,

payable on-site.

Heated water is essential during the winter season (November-March), so

if you're visiting during this period, it's a good idea to factor in

the additional fee when planning your budget.

Room 401 doesn't have a spa, so if you're looking for one,

make sure to double-check your room number when booking!

Kids' rooms feature a large jungle gym in the living room,

a family bed, and even a toddler desk, making them perfect

for families traveling with children.

Standard rooms are divided into 5 types, each with a different interior design,

and rooms 103, 303, and 503 do not have a spa.

Additional guests aged 13 months or older incur an on-site charge of ~$22 per person,

and children under 12 months are free.

If you request extra bedding for infants or toddlers,

it's an additional ~$7.

5. Amenities

Beyond the pool, there are more things to enjoy inside.

The cafe is located on the 1st and 2nd floors, where you can use

a self-service automatic coffee machine 24/7.

The 1st floor offers a pool view, while the 2nd floor boasts a valley view,

so you can pick your spot according to your preference!

The game room is on the 1st floor next to the pool and

is free to use from 9 AM to 8 PM.

Barbecue is available privately for all rooms, and

a single use of the electric grill costs ~$15.

Personal charcoal, torches, and portable gas stoves are

Check-in is at 3:00 PM,

and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

they say a prior inquiry is essential,

The maximum capacity for a Pool Villa is 4 people,

for a Kids room is 4 people,

and for a Standard room is 3 people.

Keep in mind that even visitors are included in the total occupancy count.
