Ocean View Terrace Garden
The room I stayed in was the
Tteulara room, located on the first floor.
(You'll need to go down stairs from the entrance)
When you open the room door, the entire living room faces the ocean.
I truly thought, this pension's location is absolutely incredible!
Beyond the window, the terrace is a
private, detached garden that other guests cannot enter,
making it a perfect space for relaxation and healing.
Not only the living room, but also the double bed room features
an ocean view directly from the bed.
Waking up to the gentle sounds of the ocean
made my mornings truly blissful.
You can access the terrace directly from the room's window,
and with a table and chairs right outside, it's perfect for relaxing.
Adjacent to it is a well-maintained, spacious garden,
where you can take absolutely stunning photos!!
Capri Island Pension
operates alongside an ocean-view café.
The two buildings are connected by a beautiful staircase,
and as you walk along the white-toned stairs,
you'll feel an exotic atmosphere,
almost as if you've stepped into Santorini, Greece.
Immaculately Maintained Rooms
Living Room + Kitchen, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom
Yeosu Capri Island's Tteulara room
features a living room, a kitchen, one double bedroom, and one bathroom.
Although Capri Island Pension seemed to be quite old,
the owner clearly manages it exceptionally well,
as there were absolutely no odors inside the room,
and it was spotlessly maintained.
The living room includes a vanity (with a hairdryer),
Round table, TV (OTT available)
Boiler and air conditioning are fully functional.
I spent a lot of time in the living room at night, catching up on some entertaining shows.
It was a little disappointing that there wasn't a sofa,
but I just grabbed a pillow from the bedroom and watched while lying down! Haha!
The living room also features a cooking area.
You'll find a sink, a single induction cooktop, a coffee maker, a microwave,
and a fridge with a freezer.
With a rice cooker, dishes, pots, and more all well-prepared,
you can easily whip up most meals!
And when I checked in, the owner kindly shared all the essential info:
the password, how to use the accommodations,
and even tips on nearby convenience stores and the beach.
It really made me feel welcome!
(There's also a large and lovely cafe and convenience store nearby!)
The Tteulara room features one double bedroom.
There's also air conditioning in the bedroom,
so you can stay cool even in the peak of summer.
When I visited, just a slight opening of the terrace door
brought in such a refreshing sea breeze that I didn't even need to turn on the AC! Haha!
It's a spacious queen-sized bed, plenty for two people,
and the bedding was comfortable and impeccably clean.
Looking at the bathroom, I could tell the owner keeps it really well-maintained.
No drain odors whatsoever,
and both the sink and toilet were spotless!!
Excellent water pressure in the shower, and hot water flows perfectly!!
Only shampoo and body wash are provided,
so remember to bring your own conditioner, toothbrush, and toothpaste!
Exterior and Room Types
Cap Island has a total of six guest rooms.
The Byeolbitara, Aramaru, and Tteulara rooms
are located in the building shown in the right photo.
The remaining rooms seem to be family rooms,
and they are situated in the cafe building shown in the left photo.
With ample parking, all rooms offering an ocean view,
and a variety of room types, I highly recommend it as your summer pension!!

Cap Island Pension is located a 5-minute walk from Geomeunmorae Beach. It takes 15 minutes by car to Mosageum Beach.
The Tteulara room is equipped with a sink, a single induction cooktop, a coffee pot, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Basic cooking utensils such as a rice cooker, dishes, and pots are also provided.
Cap Island Pension can be booked for around ~$41 to ~$55 even during peak season. The lowest weekday price for the Tteulara room can be booked on Agoda for ~$47.
Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. You can store your luggage at the cafe operated alongside the pension.
