With 66 diverse pools, from refreshing outdoor rotenburo to invigorating herbal baths, Weihai Tianmu Hot Spring (also known as Tianmu Hot Spring) offers endless enjoyment all day long! 😆
The scenery changes completely between day and night, making it truly worthwhile to experience both! But, of course, you'll need a break for a meal, right~?
In that scenario, simply speak to the Tianmu Hot Spring counter staff. They'll make a note of your bath key number and the time you exited, so just hold onto that slip, show it when you return, and you can re-enter with ease! 😉
For instance, imagine entering at 3:00 PM, exiting at 5:00 PM,
grabbing dinner outside at 6:00 PM and
then being able to re-enter the hot spring at 8:00 PM! ✨
What's more, you can enjoy the hot spring twice during a 1-night, 2-day stay!

Getting to Weihai Tianmu Hot Spring, Entry Process & Even the Indoor Pool!
From the central lobby of Tianmu Hot Spring, simply follow the stairs up to the second floor, and you'll find the hot spring entrance straight ahead!
As you walk, you might pass some currently unused restaurants or rooms, which might make you think 'Hmm, am I going the right way?' But don't worry! Just keep walking for about 2-3 minutes, and you'll arrive at the hot spring lobby!
Here, simply present your accommodation room key, and they'll provide you with a special hot spring access key. Just scan it and you're in! 😉
After a quick rinse in the shower area, make sure to change into your swimsuit before heading in. And here’s a crucial tip: grab the shared slippers available in the shower room!
The hot spring pathways are made of stone, which can be slippery or get quite hot under the sun, so slippers are an absolute must! 😂
Before you head out to the main hot spring area, you’ll spot a spacious indoor swimming pool. Just a heads-up: a swimming cap is required if you plan to take a dip in the indoor pool!
Weihai Tianmu Hot Spring: Pool Types & Picture-Perfect Photo Zones!

It's surprisingly vast and expansive, with a whopping 66 hot spring pools to explore – so get ready to discover them all! 😉
Upon entry, you'll spot a prominent stone in the center of the left hot spring area. At night, it completely transforms into an incredibly atmospheric photo spot as lights cascade over it!
The hot spring temperatures are generally on the higher side,
but there are also many pools with moderate temperatures,
so it's perfectly fine to visit even with a baby, as there are plenty of places for them to enjoy! Haha
Each pool has its own name written on it,
so it was fun to choose which one to try just by looking at the names!👍
And along the paths of the hot spring, there are constantly spaces where you can drink tea,
so you can enjoy yourself at a leisurely pace!
There are paper cups conveniently available next to them, so feel free to use them
and refill as much as you like to drink and enjoy~
Now, it's time to fully immerse ourselves and enjoy the photo zones
at Weihai Tianmu Hot Spring ♪(´▽｀)
They also call this the 'Fairy Bath,' and each colored hot spring is splendidly prepared,
making it a perfect photo zone to pose as a beautiful princess, haha!
The Fairy Bath is especially beautiful at night when lit up,
so I highly recommend experiencing it both during the day and at night!
Most of these are outdoor open-air baths, and the surrounding landscapes are beautifully
decorated, so you can definitely capture some 'life shots' (once-in-a-lifetime photos)! Haha.
These bamboo forest hot springs and the wine bath, in particular, make for great photos,
so be sure to take your pictures here before you go! ~~
I also took a ton of photos, posed beautifully for a bit,
and then just fully relaxed and enjoyed myself in the hot spring, haha!
Since there are so many hot spring pools, even if there are a lot of people,
it doesn't feel crowded, and it was wonderfully pleasant! Haha.
Although Tianmu Hot Spring does operate a restaurant,
I saw reviews saying they don't stay open late
and that the food quality isn't the best, so I decided not to go there!
Instead, I ate at a restaurant within the Tianmu Hot Spring Resort,
and I'll post about that separately later on~
And near the entrance to Tianmu Hot Spring, there's also a spa,
so I could truly and fully enjoy the jjimjilbang (Korean style sauna) too! Haha
For your reference, towels are available in unlimited supply at Tianmu Hot Spring,
so feel free to use them whenever you need to!!
