TUI BLUE Han River Da Nang Review: Pool, Views, & City Center

Planning your Da Nang trip, were you stressing about finding a city hotel that nailed location, cleanliness, AND amazing night views?

When my husband and I visited Da Nang this time, I literally put in so much effort researching to find a spot that was super convenient for airport transfers AND perfect for city sightseeing. Mission accomplished! 😉

I personally stayed there and was genuinely, utterly satisfied with everything, from its prime location to the pool, rooftop bar, and even the breakfast! So, I've brought you my review of this brand-new 5-star gem, TUI BLUE Han River.

1. Essential Information

When choosing a hotel, having an efficient travel route is always a top priority, isn't it?

TUI BLUE Han River is right on the Han River in Da Nang, so its location for city sightseeing is honestly incredible!

First off, it's only about a 10-minute drive from the airport,

so honestly, our fatigue levels on both arrival and departure days were almost zero.

Plus, Grab fares were typically just the basic rate, which was great for saving on transportation costs! 😉

But what's even better,

the Dragon Bridge (Yongdari) and Cham Sculpture Museum are both just a 5-minute walk away.

Da Nang Cathedral (Pink Church) and Han Market are a 5-minute drive,

and My Khe Beach is about a 10-minute drive,

so it was close to all the main attractions.

This means it's perfect for leisurely strolls,

and Grab rides to most places are just the basic fare.

Honestly, the location couldn't be any better!

Oh, and here's a unique feature:

The lobby is on the 22nd floor!

So, once you enter on the ground floor,

just take the elevator straight up.

Since all the guest rooms are located between the 23rd and 27th floors,

no matter which room you choose, you'll be treated to a captivating,

expansive high-floor view.

2. Han River View Suite

The room I stayed in had an absolutely incredible panoramic Han River view that hit you the moment you opened the door,

visible through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

The entire area in front of the bed was a floor-to-ceiling window,

so you could take in the Han River and Da Nang city skyline all at once.

As TUI BLUE is a truly global brand with a strong presence in places like Australia, Germany, Greece, and Spain,

the bedding was incredibly fresh and the room condition was spotless.

At night, you could simply turn off the room lights, sit on the window sofa, and take in all

the city lights and the stunning night view of the Dragon Bridge.

There was absolutely no need to go on a separate night view tour!

Next to the bed, there was also a table and sofa area,

which was super convenient for enjoying simple snacks! 😉

3. Facilities

Here, you'll find an infinity pool, a bar,

a rooftop restaurant, spa massage services, a gym, and more.

There were so many facilities!

Let me break down a few of the ones I tried.

📢 29th Floor Rooftop Infinity Pool & Bar

(Pool 7:00 AM~8:00 PM

Pool Bar 11:30 AM~10:30 PM)

T.T I couldn't take a picture, but

there's an amazing infinity pool here.

I grabbed a photo from the official website, but

it really looks just like that!

Looking down at Da Nang city and the Han River from inside the pool,

I felt truly, properly healed.

There were sunbeds, and

it was great to enjoy light snacks and cool drinks

right next door at the pool bar.

📢 BLUE Moon & Sky Garden

(6:00 PM ~ 11:00 PM / Last Order 10:30 PM)

As a rooftop restaurant,

you could enjoy a variety of dishes, grilled specialties, wines, and more,

all with a fantastic city view.

The quality was surprisingly high,

which really took me by surprise!

From appetizers to main courses,

and even desserts and drinks, everything was served with such a great ambiance

and high quality,

it really gave me that "feeling of success" vibe, haha! I loved it.

📢 BLUE Spa

(10:00 AM ~ 10:00 PM)

They offer signature aromatherapy,

full-body and foot massages, as well as

even singing bowl/sound bowl massage programs!

When I was utterly exhausted,

it was amazing not to have to search for another massage shop outside.

Being able to get a high-quality massage so comfortably

was absolutely wonderful.

I highly recommend it to anyone with energy issues!

The prices weren't overly expensive either!

📢 27th Floor BLUEf!t Gym

(6:00 AM ~ 10:00 PM)

As expected from a 5-star hotel, there was also a gym,

but since I'm not a fan of working out,

I didn't hit the weights...

I did do some yoga though!!

Besides individual workouts,

there were also various programs like yoga and singing bowl massages available,

so I was able to find truly peaceful healing. Haha.

On one side of the rooftop,

there was even a space for kids to play,

making it a great option for families too!

4. Breakfast

I also tried breakfast

at the restaurant on the 22nd floor.

You can eat from 6:30 AM, so

even if you have an early morning schedule,

I highly recommend having breakfast before you head out.

You can enjoy your morning meal while looking down at the Han River through the restaurant's panoramic windows,

and it's truly delicious!

From Vietnamese local foods like pho,

to hot foods, bakery items, fresh fruits, and more,

the buffet menu was thoughtfully put together and abundant.

The window seats offer prime river views, so

I recommend going down a bit earlier to snag one of those spots. Haha.
