TRS Coral Chic Show Review 2026: A Must-Do for Cancun Honeymoons

TRS Coral Dinner Restaurant Series: Part 3

While it's not strictly a 'restaurant,'

it's a show that comes with a course meal,

so I'm definitely including it in my dinner restaurant series! Haha.

If you've booked your Cancun honeymoon at TRS Coral,

I truly hope you get to experience **The Chic Show**!

That's why I'm kicking off this glowing review. :>

TRS Coral Chic Show Reservation & Price

Just like other dinner restaurants,

reservations for The Chic Show are essential!

I was informed that same-day reservations are accepted until 3 PM,

but if there are still spots available, you might be able to book even later.

I reached out to our assigned butler via WhatsApp,

and they helped us secure a reservation for Friday.

We stayed from Thursday to Sunday.

While Thursday's price was a bit lower,

it was January 1st, so there wasn't a show, and we couldn't book it.

For Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, it was **$99** per person.

We paid at the lobby when checking out.

(I think weekdays were around the ~$70-80 range...)

*My memory is a bit hazy, so please double-check with your butler or the lobby for current pricing!

Considering the exchange rate, that's nearly ~$219,

so it's definitely not a cheap experience...

BUT, since you're already indulging in an amazing all-inclusive resort,

you absolutely, positively MUST go!

**The Chic Show was 100 times more fun than Coco Bongo**!

My husband and I both agreed that if we ever return to TRS Coral,

we'd absolutely see The Chic Show again! LOL.

Chic Show Location, Entrance Time & Welcome Treats

The Chic Show takes place at the venue known as Chic Cabaret.

TRS Coral is part of the larger Palladium Resort complex,

and since Chic Cabaret is situated on the Palladium side,

it wasn't a super short walk from TRS Coral itself.

So, we hopped on a golf cart to get there!

The main show starts at 8 PM, but from 7:30 PM,

you can confirm your reservation right in front of Chic Cabaret

and settle into the provided chairs to wait.

The lighting was wonderfully glamorous (or should I say, 'sultry'?),

and with a red carpet laid out, we had fun taking some concept photos while waiting.

Soon, welcome food and drinks appeared!

I actually missed my chance to grab a welcome drink, but I managed a delicious bite of the welcome food.

And right here, in front of the venue,

the preview performance began...!

Honestly, before going, I was a bit worried if it would be worth the price.

But right from this moment,

the 'easily impressed' Bamkki couple started to feel totally satisfied! 😂

Since we hadn't entered the main performance hall yet,

this pre-show is something even those without reservations can enjoy.

What a clever promotion, right? 🤣

The Chic Show: Two Hours That Flew By in a Flash!

To be honest, what made me hesitate about seeing The Chic Show was

hearing many reviews say the food wasn't exceptionally tasty,

just 'so-so'.

To cut to the chase, yes, **the food is indeed 'so-so'** 😌

But I don't mean 'bad' at all.

It's more that when you've been enjoying fantastic dining at an all-inclusive resort,

the course meal here just feels a bit… less impressive by comparison.

So, simply enjoy the food as a way to fuel up,

and approach it with the mindset of: **Let's soak in the amazing show!!!**

And now, for the full, immersive review of the TRS Coral Chic Show! ✨

I'll briefly cover the food experience separately below.

Our seats were all pre-assigned, so we were guided in.

At first, I was a little disappointed because we were quite on the side...

But the stage was split into multiple sections,

and the singers and dancers moved around so much,

that it wasn't a problem at all to see everything.

Our spots were already set up,

and after receiving a welcome drink,

you could just tell them if you wanted red or white wine,

and the servers would come around and pour it for you.

And then, the show officially began!

The actual performance lasted a little over 2 hours,

and it was divided into different themes,

with the performers changing costumes accordingly.

There were well-known themes like Queen and Mamma Mia,

and, being in Mexico, Latin themes too!

Even though it was one show,

it felt like watching several concerts condensed into one...!

The performers were largely divided into singers and dancers.

On the left, it was a performance blending singing and dancing,

while on the right, it was primarily singing-focused.

It was an absolute feast for both the eyes and ears...❤️

I took so many photos,

but I diligently filtered them out, just in case I got 'judged' or something! (?)

With such amazing performers on stage,

I didn't know where to look! 😎

For two hours, I kept clapping and exclaiming 'Wow!'

It was a performance where there wasn't a dull moment.

I'm not sure how else to describe it,

but in any case, ~$73 per person was absolutely worth it,

so you absolutely HAVE to go...!

Because for this quality, it would probably be even more expensive in Korea, LOL.

Towards the end, they displayed names on the big screen,

shouting out 'Happy Birthday to [Name]!' and 'Happy Honeymoon to [Name]!',

and handed out sparklers and these fun club glasses (?),

which really sent the energy levels through the roof!

We finished off with a huge cheer and laugh, 'Wahahahahahaha!'

My husband was also super satisfied,

saying it was truly a great decision to come to TRS Coral...❤️

Cancun All-Inclusive Resort Dinner Restaurant: An Honest Review

For the food review, I'll focus on the course meals,

and keep it brief!

First up, the pre-arranged bread.

I think I just took one bite and left it, LOL.

The shrimp dish served as an appetizer.

It was meant to whet the appetite,

and I remember it having a slightly tangy flavor.

The second dish was also seafood: tuna tataki.

My husband said it had no flavor,

but I (Bamkki) actually enjoyed it more than expected (..)

A little starter before the main course.

That red stuff is chili powder,

so for a moment, I felt a touch of Korea! (?)

Bread to go with the main course.

I had the steak, and my husband had... something dumpling-like!

Honestly... it was just a regular wedding buffet steak.

But seriously, don't set your expectations too high for the food, haha!

The dessert, though, I think was pretty good, haha!
