In Karakol, Kyrgyzstan,
while planning an overnight stay surrounded by nature,
we discovered our very own cabin accommodation..🤍
It was truly one of the accommodations we stayed at that we loved the most.
The only catch is that this accommodation can only be booked through Booking.com,
which means we couldn't compare prices with other sites.
So, I've compiled everything based on my personal experience, including the check-in process, the actual scenery,
and even breakfast.
01. Accommodation Location & Check-in Time

The resort's location is right next to a major hiking route
(Karakol Gorge - Panorama 3040m),
which perfectly fulfilled my dream of staying in a mountain-side cabin.

Check-out 12:00
Check-in is from 2 PM until midnight,
and check-out is until 12 PM, giving you plenty of time.
We arrived around 2 PM,
and we were immediately greeted and shown to our cabin without any wait.
They were already waiting for us right in front of our accommodation.
And a cute little pup was there to welcome us at the entrance too..🤍
02. How to Get to Karakol Resort, Kyrgyzstan
Since it's also a hiking route
and located within a national park,
the road leading up to it was truly stunning..🤍
So, the taxi driver who brought us from the entrance
got out and had a brief chat with someone from the management office.
And as you continue to drive further up the road,
you start to see snow-capped mountains in the distance,
and right below them was our accommodation.
03. Accommodation Interior & Facilities
We stayed in a private two-story house.
Since we didn't share the building with other guests
and had the entire cabin to ourselves,
the privacy was definitely a huge plus.
It felt like our cabin was perfectly secluded in the forest,
making it quiet and relaxing even at night!
With one king-size bed on both the first and second floors,
it seemed like it could comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
Booking was only available on Booking.com,
and unfortunately, there were no other booking channels for this accommodation,
so price comparison with other sites wasn't possible;
The accommodation price was around ~$55 per night,
If your travel dates are set,
I recommend checking availability and remaining rooms first.

04. Views Around Our Stay
The weather was beautiful, so we immediately stepped out for a stroll.
And right as we stepped outside, this incredible scenery unfolded before us.
Just a little further down, and then...!
You're greeted by a breathtaking panorama of snow-capped mountains stretching across vast grasslands.
It's truly expansive and grand, almost like a Windows desktop background come to life!
The only sad thing is that photos just can't capture its full splendor... 🥹
Being within the national park, the scenery felt distinctly different.
The views, enveloped by mountains and forests, were truly awe-inspiring,
It just made me incredibly happy...
And amidst all that, a sudden Hyundai container;
There were also so many unique plants and grasses.
Anyway, I was just so incredibly happy that
I completely lost track of time, just wandering through those vast plains,
taking it all in... 🤍
When we returned from our walk, our dog friend was already watching us approach from a distance...
waiting for us.
And once we were back at the resort,
we enjoyed some beer and snacks we'd picked up from the market,
and even had a little squirrel visitor come to check us out!
When night falls, you can switch on the string lights in front of the accommodation,
making it a perfect spot for stargazing!
Of course, when we were there, the moon was just too bright,
so we sadly missed out on the full celestial show... 🥹
05. Breakfast
Breakfast is served right at the entrance, near where our dog friend hangs out,
They actually asked us the day before what time we'd prefer to have our meal!
We mentioned around 7 AM,
and they had everything ready for us right at our preferred time.
Inside, there was a microwave and a kettle,
all ready for guests to enjoy
warm coffee and tea.
The seating was plush sofa-style,
and the interior was warm, making it a super cozy spot to eat.
Breakfast featured sausages and fried eggs,
plus bread, cheese, and even ham –
it was a truly delicious spread,
perfect for filling up before a long journey.
Being able to enjoy such a fantastic breakfast
while staying in a forest cabin
was definitely the biggest perk of this accommodation.

TUDO Resort can only be booked through Booking.com, making it difficult to compare prices with other sites. The accommodation cost was around ~$55 per night.
The cabins at TUDO Resort are two-story private houses, meaning you get to use an entire cabin. There is one king-size bed on the first floor and another on the second floor, allowing a maximum of 4 guests.
Check-in time at TUDO Resort is from 2 PM until midnight (24:00). Check-out is a generous 12 PM.
Breakfast is served at the entrance area where the dogs are, and they will ask for your preferred time the day before. The menu typically includes sausages, fried eggs, bread, cheese, and ham, providing a hearty meal.
