Sonokam Goyang Hotel Review 2026: Familie Suite & Amenities

My friends and I recently enjoyed a fantastic hotel getaway at Sonokam Goyang (소노캄고양).

With its cozy and immaculate rooms, convenient facilities,

and an abundance of amazing restaurants nearby,

it was a truly relaxing and delightful break. 🛌🤍

Sonohotels & Resorts' 5-star hotel, Sonokam Goyang.

It's divided into two wings, West and East,

and I'm heading to the East wing for check-in.

I absolutely adored the spacious and refreshing lobby.

The facilities felt luxurious and were impeccably clean.

It seems like weddings are held here frequently too.

My friend raved that the wedding buffet here is absolutely delicious!

The room I booked was in the West wing,

so I walked along the connected corridor to the West.

For your information, Sonokam Goyang is thoughtfully designed to be pet-friendly,

with dedicated spaces provided throughout the property.

Familie Suite Standard

Check-in completed at 3 PM.

It was during the Chuseok holiday,

and when we arrived at 3 PM, there was quite a crowd.

Fortunately, I didn't have to wait long to check in.

The staff member was also incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The room I booked was the Familie Suite Standard (파밀리에 스위트 스탠다드).

With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room,

it was perfect for four people.

This is the living room.

With a sofa and a table, it's perfect for eating food

while watching TV on the sofa.

You can also enjoy various OTT services like YouTube on the TV.

In front, you'll see KINTEX (킨텍스) and Daehwa Station (대화역),

but the view isn't really anything to write home about, haha.

Each room comes with drip coffee and a coffee pot,

and the fridge is stocked with water and sparkling water.

The water and sparkling water in the fridge are complimentary,

but we heard that any additional requests after that cost ₩1,000 (~$1).

You'll find bathrobes and a restroom inside.

And here's the room with a double bed.

Just like the other room,

it also has bathrobes and a temporary wardrobe.

The bathroom is clean and quite nice, isn't it?

Amenities are also provided, excluding toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Although toothbrushes and toothpaste are sold at the lobby,

there are plenty of convenience stores nearby, so you can easily pick them up.

The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap amenities are

surprisingly Memo Paris!

The scent was so heavenly

I just wanted to keep washing myself, haha.

Enjoying delivery food at the living room table.

It was my first time trying ASAP Pizza... so intense... absolutely thrilling!

Fitness

The fitness center is on the 3rd floor, East Wing.

A sauna and swimming pool are also located nearby.

The sauna is paid, but the fitness center is free.

There's a good amount of equipment, and it's spacious, making it comfortable for a workout.

Checkout is quick and easy via mobile or express checkout!
