Hey there! I ventured out for a 'gun-shopping spree' in 'High California' – wink, wink! Haha!
Shooting Man, an Ilsan cafe absolutely bursting with American vibes!
After grabbing some delicious handmade burgers each at Bamgasi Burger,
we heard there was a cafe nearby, a true sanctuary for riders, so we just had to check it out!
Even the signboard right in the parking lot,
totally screams 'America,' doesn't it?
It was around the beginning of the monsoon season,
a day when the rain was absolutely pouring down!
That blue Ford parked right in front of the entrance? Absolutely epic!
Seriously stylish! I want a car like that too!

It's an incredibly spacious cafe, and as soon as you step inside, there's a super cool bike parked, giving off a warehouse vibe, piled high with helmets and beer boxes – truly a scene straight out of an American TV series unfolding right before your eyes!

It's known as the spot where riders come to Ilsan on their motorcycles to grab coffee and hotdogs before hitting the road again.
Foreign magazines are scattered everywhere,
and posters related to guns are plastered around.

they offer such a diverse range of beverages that you'd be hard-pressed to find in your average cafe!

The Root Beer Float is a classic with root beer soda topped with vanilla ice cream,
but fair warning, it's known to be quite polarizing – you'll either love it or hate it!

We were too full, so we skipped the hot dogs!
(Regretting it now while writing this post, though!)
It was a quiet weekday afternoon with rain, so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.
We settled down on a super comfy sofa in the middle of the cafe.
After sipping on our coffees,
if you step into the secret room (?) next to the counter,
you'll find a variety of realistic gun replicas for sale.
Even though they're BB guns, they look so real
it's really fun to browse them.
There are also unique gun-related posters and graphics
plastered all over the place,
so if you're a hardcore gun enthusiast,
you could easily lose track of time for hours.
Ta-da! Each gun also has a price tag attached.
I'd love to buy a cool one and go play some survival games!
There are even seats in the gun room,
so you can enjoy your coffee and hot dog right in there.
That white and blue scooter is super cute too!
Its lights look really bright and alert.
Now THIS is hip-hop!
A magazine with sexy ladies on the cover,
but the content is all about bikes, lol!

Those Fabric & Leather Caps are so cool, haha!
Besides Ilsan, I heard they also have branches in Dasan New Town and Daejeon.
And apparently, they recently opened a new one in Gwacheon as well!
It seems like they intentionally open in suburban areas, rather than downtown Seoul,
to run spacious, large stores, just like hot dog stands you'd find on American streets.
Next time, I definitely want to go on a clear day and try a hot dog
and their signature drinks! It would be even better if lots of riders came
so I could check out their awesome motorcycles too!
