The Interior

Get ready to discover Mad Cow, the incredible restaurant nestled on the 9th floor of the Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort, which I've had the pleasure of visiting a couple of times!

The moment you step inside, you'll be struck by how spacious, comfortable, and refreshingly cool it is!

And the staff? Absolutely incredibly friendly – they'll make you feel right at home.

You'll also be thrilled by the incredibly diverse selection of alcoholic beverages available!

And there's a fantastic open kitchen inside, allowing you to watch the magic happen as your delicious food is prepared right before your eyes!

There are so many wonderful seating options,

including cozy bar seats for a more intimate experience!

I popped in around 5 PM and was absolutely captivated by the magnificent sunset views!

The view from inside is just breathtaking – those clouds were absolutely insane, so incredibly beautiful!

The Exterior

And yes, there are inviting outdoor seating areas too,

where you'll be greeted by an impressive red cow statue!

Seriously, this place is *the* prime spot for catching those unforgettable sunsets!

You can witness magnificent clouds and new sunsets.

The sea is also visible.

Sirloin Steak 1,100,000 VND (~$44)

Fresh Burrata Caprese 440,000 VND (~$18) Smoked Wagyu Burger Set 590,000 VND (~$24)

There's a discount if you have an Accor membership,

but I didn't, so...

For Phu Quoc prices, it's quite steep!

To my taste, it was absolutely delicious!

There's also Lobster and Steak.

They also have coffee and alcoholic beverages.

The Food

Here's how it's set up.

We got pre-dinner bread with three sauces:

chili sauce, balsamic, and cream cheese. The sauces were delicious too!

The steak was incredibly delicious!

Mini carrots, garlic, and salt were also served.

Wow, the burger was so, so, so delicious that

I ended up having it twice!

The bun was super crispy on the outside and moist on the inside –

I think they grilled it.

The beef patty was tender and thick,

and it came with a small salad.

You get a salad, fries, and ketchup.

The cola also comes beautifully presented with lime.

The Burrata cheese salad also had incredibly rich cheese!

Smoked Wagyu Burger –

we packed it up and ate it again in our room!

It even comes with a salad!

When I asked if they had a bottle opener for the beer,

they opened it for me and even added a slice of lime!

We came here for the most famous Mango Bingsu at Pullman Resort,

and we ended up having it twice!

Mango Bingsu

Small: 150,000 VND (about ~$6)

Large: 250,000 VND (about ~$10)

They also have a variety of alcoholic drinks, cocktails, and other desserts.

Here you'll find the famous Mango Bingsu!

Pullman's mango juice is incredibly delicious too!

Food

And believe me, there was a surprisingly generous amount of mango –

we kept finding more with every scoop!

Since it wasn't peak mango season, I noticed the mangoes were a tad underripe.

Perhaps it was because they weren't fully ripe, but the aroma had a unique character to it.

But here's the magic – the very next morning, that small mango bingsu was an absolute dream!

It was delightfully sweet and so delicious.

Even with some mangoes perfectly ripe and others a little less so,

which added a delightful variation to the taste,

the rich milky flavor combined with those incredibly delicious

and wonderfully refreshing mangoes made it an unforgettable treat.

I savored every single spoonful!

Look at that! They're using an ice shaver to create that wonderfully delicate milk ice.

Just thinking about it makes me crave another mango bingsu right now! It's truly an experience you'll want to relive.
