Graham's Porto Winery Tour 2026: Official Site vs. Guided Comparison
Planning a Porto winery tour? Discover whether booking Graham's directly or through a guided experience like Beige Porto offers the best value for your 2026 trip.
In my last post, I compared the essential winery tours for a Porto trip, region by region.
🔗[Sincere Happiness's Porto Winery Tour Comparison]
Porto Winery Tour Recommendation - (Douro Valley vs. City Center Graham's) Booking Comparison
After much deliberation, instead of the **Douro Valley**, a journey that would take a whopping 10 hours round trip,
we ultimately decided on **Graham's** in Porto's city center, Vila Nova de Gaia,
a place that perfectly balances time efficiency, stunning views, and exquisite wine quality!
✔️
Next up,
I searched for the **best place and method** to make a reservation for the Graham's winery tour.
On the Graham's official website, there was a wide variety of room grades and wine types available,
and a key feature was that everything was conducted solely in English.
Actually, my partner and I have done many English-guided tours while traveling abroad,
so an English-guided tour isn't a big problem for us.
Still, I compared the Graham's winery tour official website with
the Korean-guided tour Beige Porto product on MyRealTrip.
Since we had already booked the highly-rated **Beige Porto Snap Photography**, this was an agency we were already familiar with.
I compared the tasting wine list, food pairings, and even the prices,
and completed the payment for this genuine comparison review, paid for with my own money.
Consider this my 'Sincere Happiness' record, arranged and recorded for future reference,
starting now! ✨

The moment of booking is always the most exciting, isn't it?

✔️
Unlike regular wines, the fermentation method and history are crucial for Port wine,
so I'm wondering if I should try a Korean explanation this time, since I'm going anyway.
I decided to compare the wine tasting list and prices.
Myrealtrip Graham's Korean Guided Tour Package
As an alternative, I found the Beijo Porto company's offering on Myrealtrip:
[Premium Port Wine Tasting & Graham's Winery Tour]

[Source: Myrealtrip]
✔️4 Glasses of Premium Port Wine + Food Pairing
Unlike the standard 3-glass course on the official website,
they've selected popular core wines for Koreans,
allowing for a well-balanced tasting of 4 glasses.
Korean tasting notes are also said to be provided.
✔️Tour starts at 10 AM ~ finishes around 11:50 AM
It's not an awkward time stuck in the middle of the day,
so after the tour and lunch, you can explore Porto city all afternoon,
making it highly time-efficient to fully enjoy your day.

(Official Website vs Myrealtrip) Wine Tasting Lineup & Price Comparison Summary
📌
I compared the premium tour options priced at 40-70 Euros on the official website
with the types of tasting wines and food pairings offered by Myrealtrip's product.
📍40-50 Euro Range Lineup (Value for Money + Pairing)
✔️Official Website (40€): 3 glasses of wine (LBV, Malvedos, 20-year-old Tawny) + 3 types of pairing
✔️MyRealTrip (55€): 4 glasses of wine (N5 White, LBV, 2000 Vintage, 20-year-old Tawny) + 3 types of pairing
👉🏻MyRealTrip is 15 euros more expensive, but an extra glass of aperitif-style white port (N5) is added, and it's upgraded to a true '2000 Vintage Port' instead of the mid-tier 'Malvedos'.
To experience all types of port wine (White - Ruby - Vintage - Tawny) in order, the MyRealTrip selection is much better.
📍70 Euro High-End Lineup
✔️Official Website (70€): 3 glasses of Tawny (30-year, 40-year, 1997) OR 3 glasses of Vintage (1994, 2000, 2016) & NO pairing
✔️MyRealTrip (70€): 4 glasses of wine (N5 White, LBV, 1994 Vintage, 30-year-old Tawny) + 3 types of pairing
👉🏻The Official Website's 70 euro course is a good option for wine enthusiasts who want to delve deep into 'Vintage only' or 'Tawny only' & no snacks are provided.
On the other hand, the MyRealTrip 70 euro course blends Graham's most popular high-end lines (1994 Vintage, 30-year Tawny) and includes White and LBV with dessert pairings, offering an overwhelmingly superior balance.
📍Cost Difference
For the Official Website, 40€/70€ covers both the tour and tasting.
However, with MyRealTrip, there's a double charge: the tour fee paid in the app (per person ~$23) + the tasting fee paid on-site (55€/70€).
👉🏻The total cost is definitely higher with MyRealTrip.
📍Reasons Why MyRealTrip is Still Recommended
Port wine tastes and concepts vary completely depending on the aging method, such as Ruby, Tawny, LBV, and Vintage.
Since you've made it all the way to Porto, it seems the satisfaction would be much higher to listen to clear explanations from a Korean guide and read Korean tasting notes while enjoying port wine, rather than listening to explanations in English.
📌Conclusion📌
The conclusion was that 'the MyRealTrip option offers better value for money and satisfaction'.
The tasting lineup is much more substantial and thoughtfully curated, so we decided to go for the Korean tour even if it meant spending a little more! ✨
My partner and I each chose a different option (Beijo Porto Tasting & Jenna's Choice).
✔️
And among the benefits for Beijo Porto bookers, I also liked the 10% discount on wine purchases at the Graham's shop.
