Before arriving in Phu Quoc, I did some YouTube research and saw great reviews about this place.

The prices looked incredibly reasonable compared to the general cost of living here,

so I knew I had to check it out!

It's conveniently located in the bustling downtown area,

just about 5 minutes away from King Kong Mart.

Step inside, and you'll find a charmingly cozy space.

Just settle down here for a moment,

and they'll promptly bring over the menu.

Beyond massages, they also do nails, pedicures, hair, and waxing!

Comparing prices to other places,

it's truly affordable!

Typically, Phu Quoc massage prices are around

~$30-~$37.

​

Our 90-minute full body aroma massage treatment was about

490,000 VND (~$20).

They also offer hot stone massage

and Thai massage.

It's worth noting that Phu Quoc generally has higher massage prices

than Nha Trang.

They also have a great selection of nail products!

We put on slippers and headed into another room.

You can store your bag or important belongings in the small drawer and keep the key with you.

While every massage therapist has their own unique touch,

the one who massaged me felt really experienced.

It was incredibly refreshing!

Their hands were perfectly aligned, and the pressure was excellent.

For an hour and a half, I felt so wonderfully refreshed and thought they were absolutely amazing.

My husband mentioned that his therapist had a slightly more robust touch.

The restroom was conveniently located inside our room.

After your massage, they serve you a comforting warm tea.

You can easily make a reservation directly through their KakaoTalk channel in Korean.

If you book a 90-minute or 120-minute treatment, you're eligible for either a pickup or drop-off service.

Location

I seriously deliberated between Seoul Spa and Yuju Spa, but the exterior looked so inviting that I ultimately chose Yuju Spa.

The interior is equally stunning!

It absolutely oozes that wonderful Southeast Asian vibe.

It's more spacious and comfortable than Little Win Spa.

We opted for the 120-minute massage,

900,000 VND (~$36),

which included a full-body treatment and a refreshing cucumber facial pack.

In Korea, a similar service would easily cost almost ~$111 to ~$148, so this price is absolutely fantastic!

While we waited, seated,

they even gave us sweet watermelon juice!

There's also Wi-Fi available,

and they even sell drinks separately, just like a cafe.

Once seated, they handed us a form.

We had to check what kind of treatment we wanted,

whether we wanted a cucumber pack or not,

if we wanted cleansing or not,

and choose our pressure level (light, medium, or strong).

Then, we marked any areas that usually bother us or where we wanted extra attention.

We paid right away.

We opted for 1,800,000 VND.

The place was beautifully decorated, and there were so many Koreans here!

While the staff spoke English,

some of them also spoke a little Korean.

There were also shoe lockers available,

and you just slip on their provided slippers.

As you climb the somewhat steep stairs,

make sure to hold onto the handrail tightly,

as it's quite a climb!

At the top, you'll find the couple's massage rooms.

You can put your clothes in the provided box,

and change into a gown.

After you're ready, it's time for a foot bath and scrub.

It was wonderful to get a massage in a private room for two!

The aroma was lovely, and the music was perfect.

​

They started with a head massage,

and the pressure was incredibly strong at first, almost a bit painful.

But as they moved to the body massage, it became progressively gentler,

and it felt wonderfully refreshing and thorough.

It seems like they only hire experienced therapists here.

Yuju Spa is generally known for its

strong pressure.

During the back massage, my shoulder blade was pressed a bit hard at times,

which was a little painful, but ultimately very invigorating.

My husband also said that it was gentle when it needed to be,

and effectively strong when the pressure was applied, which he really liked.

The restrooms are also clean and spacious!

Luggage storage is available,

and you can even take a shower!

It felt like all the tense muscles from working in Korea

were completely released,

making my body feel lighter. Yuju Spa was such a wonderful and happy experience!
