Sun Phu Quoc Airlines Standard Inclusions

Checked Baggage 23kg

Typically, low-cost carriers don't include checked baggage,

so you have to pay an extra fee to add it.

Even then, 15kg is usually the standard.

However, with Sun Phu Quoc Airlines, for Economy class,

the standard included baggage is 23kg!

You can also have carry-on baggage up to 7kg,

meaning a total of 30kg is provided for free.

In-flight Meals and Beverage Service

As expected from a full-service airline,

in-flight meals are also provided as standard.

On the Incheon-Phu Quoc route,

you could choose between Jeyuk-bokkeum (spicy stir-fried pork) and beef noodles.

Beverage service is also provided, so

For your free ticket, first scan the QR code on the back of your airline ticket to

access the redemption page.

After entering your reservation number and the passenger's English surname,

once you complete the application, a link and PIN for issuance will be sent via

email.

Access the link and enter the PIN,

and you can get your ticket as a PDF.

Ticket Redemption Period

✅One-way ticket: Within 5 days from the departure date

How to Use Your Hon Thom Island Free Ticket On-Site

Don't queue at the cable car boarding area;

go directly to the Wow Pass line.

You'll find it past the souvenir shop.

Once you pass through the souvenir shop to the cable car boarding area,

you'll see a staff member waiting in front.

Here, you need to show the staff member

your airline ticket, passport, and

the ticket (QR) you received by email.

Items Staff Will Check Before Boarding

Once verified, they'll attach a sticker like this.

On the way back, you just needed to show your ticket (QR code)

Free Ticket Usage Period and Important Notes

and the cable car ticket can only be used once for a round trip.
