In Part 1, we explored everything from Park Roche's check-in process to the swimming pool and jacuzzis, the wonderful wellness program yoga experience, the fitness center, and even a peek into the Sukam King Suite.
Now, in Part 2, get ready to discover Park Roche's Spa (massage), the delightful Park Kitchen dinner buffet, a cozy dinner at Roche Café, and even the magical bonfire relaxation zone in the garden!

Park Roche Spa Treatment Room
Park Roche Spa by L'Occitane,
You can simply think of it as a luxurious spa or high-end massage salon.
Since it was a special occasion – my partner's birthday –
and because Park Roche is all about wellness and relaxation, we made sure to book our spa massage in advance. The spa isn't huge, so reservations can fill up quickly. I highly recommend booking ahead of time.
Especially if you're planning to use a couple's room!
After finishing our calming yoga session from the wellness program and taking a short break,
we headed over for our massage, which we had booked for 5:30 PM.
There was also a comfortable waiting area where you could relax for a bit. However, since we arrived right on time, we went straight to our treatment room!
This is the treatment room at Park Roche Spa.
It's designed as a couple's room, perfect for two people to enjoy together.
Just as you can see in the photo, it was wonderfully clean – a big plus!
There's also a sofa on one side, offering a place to wait.
It felt like a truly cozy and comfortable space.

Just like other renowned hotel spas,
the massage was a truly luxurious experience!
While I wouldn't say it was extraordinarily unique, it was certainly very good.
Of course, for the price, you'd expect nothing less than pure luxury, as expected! Haha.

Park Roche Park Kitchen
After our blissful massage, it was time for dinner! ~~~
For our first night of the 2-night, 3-day trip, we decided to dine within Park Roche. Park Roche's very own dining spot, Park Kitchen! Dinner was served as a buffet.
The table arrangements were incredibly varied,
and since we went a bit later, it wasn't too crowded.
When we visited,
Park Kitchen, a renowned restaurant at Park Roche, only operated its dinner as a buffet.
So, without any other options, dinner was at the Park Roche buffet.
There was a wide variety of meats and fish.
My first plate was absolutely loaded with meat, lol!
The dessert section—
For your reference, Park Kitchen is located on the first floor,
and it's said to accommodate up to 122 people.
They also had shrimp, salmon, jamon, and Korean melons, among other delights.

The ssam (wrap) varieties looked so diverse and fresh.
Fresh ingredients from Gangwon-do! 👍🏻
Since the menu was primarily Korean cuisine,
I think it's a great idea to enjoy the Park Kitchen buffet for one dinner during a 2-night, 3-day stay.
You can even make your own bibimbap with these fresh ingredients, so keep that in mind!

My partner and I, however, are strictly rice and meat people wherever we go!
And don't forget the coffee, juices, and various other beverages!

Next up, it's Park Roche's Roche Cafe!
We didn't actually eat here; we'd just finished the buffet at Park Kitchen, but
we spotted a semi-buffet running at Roche Cafe.
It was perfect for pairing with wine or other drinks,
and focused on simple foods.

However, it's probably best to confirm directly whether they still operate this semi-buffet. It seems lunch is definitely à la carte now.
There were plenty of outdoor tables ready,
so it would be lovely to visit when the weather is warm in the summer.

The lobby was also quiet,
so we relaxed for a bit in front of the bonfire in the lobby^^
After enjoying the indoor bonfire,
we moved to the outdoor bonfire zone for some 'fire-gazing'🔥
The outdoor garden had several bonfires and chairs thoughtfully arranged.
People were gathered cozily around them.
Even a cat was enjoying the fire-gazing!
We brought out some beers.

making for a truly soulful night together..!

Such a warm and lovely time.
After enjoying everything, we headed back to our room for a Park Roche birthday party!
Since this trip was to celebrate Oppa's birthday, a party was definitely in order, right? hehehe

I searched for 'Jeongseon bento cake' and pre-ordered this lettering cake from Yonacake, near Park Roche, and picked it up.

you can take in the magnificent mountain views and countless stars!
I highly recommend making time to go up to the rooftop ^^
