Top Value Hotel in Macau: A Must-Stay!
The Parisian Macao: Our Cheapest Stay Review & Pool Access
Macau is brimming with fantastic value hotels, and the prices are incredibly friendly,
allowing you to indulge in a 5-star hotel experience with amazing amenities like swimming pools,
making it a go-to destination for both family getaways and romantic couple trips!
The best value hotel in Macau that I wholeheartedly recommend is...
none other than The Parisian Macao!
It boasts even better ratings than The Broadway and, for just ~$73-~$146,
you can experience a 5-star stay and enjoy the pool facilities,
which is why I highly recommend it!
Finding the Absolute Best Price
Whenever I embark on a new adventure, I make it my mission to sniff out the absolute lowest prices for flights and stays.
That means comparing across countless websites and dates.
Because every penny saved means instead of one amazing trip,
you might just squeeze in two!
But guess what? I've already done all the legwork for you! So save your precious time and hard-earned money,
book at the lowest price, and enjoy a seamless, stress-free trip!
I meticulously compared Trip.com, Booking.com, and Agoda, checking prices across different dates and platforms.
And the verdict? Agoda emerged as the clear winner for securing the lowest price!
What's even better, many options include free cancellation, giving you total peace of mind when booking!
Don't let your time and money go to waste,
head straight to Agoda to make your reservation!
Trip.com | Agoda | Booking.com |
~$265 | ~$149 | ~$168 |
What's more, Hong Kong and Macau are currently enjoying their peak travel season, making it the absolute perfect time to visit!
As it's peak season, I highly recommend booking well in advance!
(The earlier you book, the sweeter the deal!)
During off-peak season, you might snag a room for around ~$73, but right now, it's peak season, so ~$146 is the absolute
lowest price. As time flies by, rooms will quickly become unavailable and fully booked, so
I strongly advise you to book fast!
Other hotels? They're all well over ~$219... just sayin'!
The Grand Lobby and Effortless Check-in
The Parisian Macao offers a super convenient shuttle bus service directly from Macau Airport to the hotel.
This means no hassle with taxis or public buses,
allowing for a truly comfortable arrival and seamless check-in experience.
If you're traveling as a family or with little explorers,
this kind of direct, short-distance pickup and drop-off is an absolute game-changer.
It's such a thoughtful touch that really elevates the travel experience!

Stepping off the shuttle bus, I walked straight into The Parisian Macao's lobby,
and was utterly blown away by its sheer grandeur and colossal scale!
It’s a sight you wouldn't even imagine in Hong Kong!)
To top it all off, the entire interior is designed in a gorgeous European style,
making you feel as if you've been instantly transported to a grand European city!

Check-in is conveniently available from 3 PM,
and check-out is at 11 AM, just like most hotels.
Right after checking in, you can easily get a free Sands Membership Card right nearby.

Make sure to get this card, because it grants you amazing perks!
You'll receive a fantastic 10% discount at various restaurants and shops,
perfect for enjoying meals or a little retail therapy! Don't miss out on getting one!
(Yes, even at North Palace, a renowned Macau eatery, you can enjoy a 10% discount!)

After marveling at the Trevi Fountain in the hotel's spectacular central lobby, I headed straight to our assigned room to drop off our luggage.

Room Comforts & Luxurious Amenities

First things first, as soon as I stepped inside, my eyes immediately gravitated towards the bathroom – and wow!
The vanity was incredibly spacious, and true to a 5-star standard, all the amenities,
from towels to toiletries, were generously sized and abundantly provided!

Plus, having a separate shower and bathtub was incredibly convenient,
especially when traveling with a friend, as we could both get ready at our own pace.

Each amenity, boasting a delightful fragrance and luxurious feel,
along with ample towels and bottled water, was meticulously provided.

With shower gowns and irons fully stocked,
it was super convenient for both business travelers and tourists,
excelling in terms of amenities.
Now, for the highly anticipated guest room!!
My friend and I booked a twin bed room, and it was incredibly spacious,
with beds so big and wide that two people could comfortably lie on each.

As you can see in the photos, for the same price as in Hong Kong,
I couldn't believe we could enjoy such a different level of hotel stay (Hocance).

I've traveled to both Hong Kong and Macao, and the hotels in Hong Kong are really cramped and
just expensive, which made for a very uncomfortable experience.

But The Parisian Macao, true to its 5-star rating, was incredibly spacious,
and the bedding was plush and impeccably clean,
making for a very high level of satisfaction.

There was also a desk and vanity,
so if I needed to do my makeup or get some work done,
I could even use my laptop comfortably.

The refrigerator, drawers, closet, and various teas and water were all
well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay throughout our trip.

Another great advantage of The Parisian
is the free currency exchange available at the ATM in the lobby.
I could withdraw Macanese Pataca using my Travel Wallet card,
so there was no need for separate currency exchange.

All the hotels are interconnected, which meant we could use the famous Venetian Macao's
facilities too – that was the best part!

The Venetian Macao's prices are much higher than The Parisian's,
but by staying at the 5-star Parisian Macao for ~$73-~$146,
you get to fully enjoy the various amenities of The Venetian Macao,
It felt like killing two birds with one stone, absolutely perfect!!
Recommended Restaurants & Cafes Inside the Hotel

It was really great that we could pretty much
take care of everything within the hotel.
We visited a famous Macanese egg tart spot inside the hotel,

and stopped by North Palace (北方館), a renowned restaurant loved by everyone,
ordering dishes like Guobaorou, Mapo Tofu, fried eggplant, and fried rice.
We absolutely stuffed ourselves with these and some beer!
Seriously, this place is so delicious that I still think about it,
so I highly recommend you check it out!

After touring the restaurants and cafes, we explored The Venetian canal, which beautifully replicates
the charming Venice of Italy.
In the evening, to witness the unmissable night view,
we headed up to The Parisian Macao's outdoor plaza.
Recommended Night Views & Photo Zones

The reason I chose The Parisian Macao was because
✅ I could enjoy this stunning night view and
✅ I could take photos at the Parisian Eiffel Tower.

With the beautiful Eiffel Tower, it felt like being on a trip to France,
allowing us to capture amazing 'life shots' (once-in-a-lifetime photos).
And from the observatory, we could freely admire Macao's nightscape.

Plus, if you time your visit just right, you'll be treated to a spectacular show set to diverse music,
and witness the hotel's lights transform in a dazzling light show!
It's a truly magnificent spectacle, so make sure not to miss out.
And I hope you capture some incredible, Instagram-worthy shots!
My Review of the Pool Facilities

The Parisian Hotel's pool is wonderfully spacious, with separate areas like a kids' zone and an adult pool,
making it perfect for families with children!

There are various pools, including heated and lukewarm options,
and you can even swim while gazing at the iconic Eiffel Tower.
There's also a separate pool dedicated to kids, complete with fun play equipment,
making it an absolutely fantastic spot for a family getaway.

I noticed quite a few early birds even came to enjoy a peaceful swim
without the crowds right from the morning!
What's more, a separate shower area is conveniently located right next to the pool,
allowing you to comfortably shower and even dry your hair before heading out.
And with lockers available inside the shower rooms, you can securely store your valuables,
which was a huge plus!

With such high-quality rooms,
and everything from the pool, restaurants, cafes, ATMs, to shuttle buses
all your needs are taken care of seamlessly.
And the best part? You can enjoy a 5-star 'hotel-cation' for around ~$73!
It's undeniably a top recommendation for a value-for-money hotel!
I genuinely highly recommend it for family trips or couples' getaways.
(Advance booking highly recommended!)
Exploring Macau's Tourist Attractions

As an added bonus, there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel,
making it super convenient to visit Macau's main tourist attractions like
Rua do Cunha (Jerky Street), the Ruins of St. Paul's, and Senado Square –
all of which are nearby and easy to get to!

So, with a spacious 5-star hotel, fantastic amenities, and a huge pool — perfect for a luxurious 'hotel-cation' — available for around ~$73 during the off-season and ~$146 during peak season,
I hope you all book in advance at the lowest prices before it's fully booked,
and secure your stay at The Parisian Hotel for a truly fulfilling trip!
