How to Get from Kansai Airport to Namba Station
To pick up your pre-booked tickets, head to the train station. Just follow the "Railways" signs to the second floor. Keep following the signs, and you'll arrive at this area:
The counter on the left is where you exchange your voucher for Nankai Rapi:t tickets, and the platforms on the right are for boarding.
Exchanging Your Osaka Rapi:t Voucher
Simply present your voucher QR code here to receive your tickets. As of late 2026, the round-trip ticket option is no longer available, so you'll purchase two one-way tickets. Use one for your journey from Kansai Airport to Namba Station and the other for your return trip from Namba to Kansai Airport on your departure day.
Once you have your tickets, turn around and head towards the NANKAI entrance to board your train. But first, grab some snacks for the ride!
Before you enter the boarding area, walk straight ahead to your left, and you'll find a Lawson convenience store. It's the perfect spot to pick up some drinks and treats to enjoy on your express journey.
Then, settle into your reserved seat, enjoy the passing scenery, and munch on your snacks. Before you know it, you'll have arrived at Namba Station, ready to start your Osaka adventure!
For your return trip, you don't necessarily have to exchange your ticket at Namba Station; you might be able to do it at a station closer to your accommodation on your last day (just be sure to confirm if that station offers exchanges!). However, if you prefer simplicity, exchanging at Namba Station is always a safe bet.
The Nankai Rapi:t exchange counter at Namba Station is usually bustling and clearly visible on the left side as you approach. Once you've exchanged your voucher, simply proceed to the adjacent boarding gates.
You can book your Rapi:t tickets through either Klook or KKDay, whichever you prefer. Klook often offers combo options like same-day luggage delivery, while KKDay sometimes includes eSIM packages, so check if any of these bundles fit your travel needs.
