I looked for a place that met three criteria:

Direct station-to-lobby connection,

hassle-free luggage storage, and

a solid breakfast option.

The Oriental Hotel stood out immediately.

It offers incredible value, and

having opened in late 2021,

its facilities are significantly more modern than surrounding hotels.

You can drop your bags off,

head out for the early rope drop,

grab a re-entry hand stamp at the park gate,

come back to the hotel for a quick rest,

and head back into the park later!

It is honestly the ultimate routine

to pace yourself from day to night!

When comparing rates for our travel dates,

we booked the standard Moderate Double Room.

The main reason I chose this hotel was its cleanliness,

and it certainly did not disappoint.

Because it is newer than the surrounding properties,

both the bedding and the bathroom were absolutely spotless. :)

The bed was also plenty spacious for two adults to get a great night's sleep.

Dining and seating space

There is a dedicated entryway and luggage zone,

making the room feel surprisingly spacious.

We traveled light, which made it feel even larger,

but there is easily enough room to lay out two large suitcases comfortably.
