Planning an Osaka getaway with family or friends? Check out our 2026 review of Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower, a quiet luxury oasis near Umeda Station.

I recently went on an amazing trip to Osaka in April with my friends,
and we decided to stay at the gorgeous Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower.
This spot is super famous as a perfect stay for families or groups of friends
traveling together!
A budget-friendly Mt. Fuji bus tour I personally tried and loved!

Located not too far from Osaka's Umeda Station,
Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower is situated right near the City Hall.
It's just one subway stop or a pleasant 15-minute walk
from Umeda Station.
The hotel is tucked away from the crowded downtown noise.
There are fewer business commuters on weekends, and even on weekdays,
since the Candeo rooms are on the higher floors, you won't have to worry about noise at all!

The Twin Room at Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower is actually much more spacious than I expected!
Since it comes with a cozy sofa bed, it easily sleeps up to three people,
which explains why it's such a massive hit with families.

You can always trust the room quality at Candeo Hotels.
It's exceptionally clean, and they even provide comfy loungewear
that you can wear around the hotel, so you can relax completely!

On the sofa bed in the Twin Room, you can enjoy a quick bite
or browse on your tablet comfortably.
And the sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable, so if you're traveling as a family of three,
someone can sleep there perfectly. It's a highly recommended hotel
for families traveling with kids!

The shower room, vanity sink, and toilet are all completely separated.
This layout is super convenient because you don't get in each other's way
when getting ready with friends!
Also, the shower room has a glass wall, but with just a press of a button,
it instantly becomes opaque, ensuring total privacy!

Right next to the vanity, there's enough space to lay out at least one suitcase,
and right above it, there's a handy spot
to hang your coats.

Underneath the sink vanity, you'll find extra towels and
a handy non-woven tote bag branded with the Candeo Hotels logo.
You can use this tote to carry your change of clothes and personal toiletries
when you head up to the sky spa!
The vanity is also stocked with essential amenities,
including a razor, toothbrush, and comb, which is super convenient to keep in mind.

At Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower, the toilet area is
separated into its own private room, making it incredibly comfortable and easy to share
the space with a friend without any awkwardness.

You can really feel how thoughtfully this Osaka Umeda hotel maximizes its space.
It's incredibly clever!
Whether it's tucking the room slippers neatly into a dedicated nook,
or hiding the mini-fridge seamlessly inside the cabinetry
to keep things clutter-free, the sleek layout made the stay so much more relaxing.
Breakfast at Candeo Hotels Osaka

The breakfast buffet at Candeo Hotels Osaka is located near the lobby,
which itself is situated on one of the high floors.
This breakfast is already famous for being absolutely delicious,
and the dining area offers a stunning city hall view that might just
take your breath away!

The spread is incredibly diverse, offering a wonderful mix of Western and Japanese dishes
so that every traveler can find something they love.
The fruit selection was also exceptionally fresh and delicious—and we all know
how amazingly sweet Japanese fruit is, right?!

This is the dining area for Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower's breakfast.
The panoramic view is absolutely spectacular, and those floor-to-ceiling windows are stunning!

There is plenty of seating available, but the competition is quite fierce
for the coveted two-seater tables right against the windows.
Almost everyone wants to dine with that direct view!
Here is a peek at my breakfast plates! I ended up eating two generous helpings
and was completely full, but enjoying delicious food while gazing at that incredible view
made for a truly wonderful breakfast experience. :D
The Sky Spa (Onsen) at Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower

This Osaka Umeda hotel features a sky spa located on the very top floor.
The male and female spa zones are completely separate
and accessible only by card key, so you can relax
and enjoy your soak with complete peace of mind.

When you enter the changing area, you'll see neat lockers,
each with its own dedicated key. Simply choose any locker
that has a key inside, and you're good to use it.

Since I always look for hotels with public baths or hot springs whenever I travel to Japan,
staying at Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower was a dream. Having access to the open-air outdoor bath
was absolutely incredible, and the night view from up there was stunning.
I also went back early in the morning, and it was so peaceful
since there were hardly any people there!
If you want a Umeda hotel that delivers on both gorgeous night views and daytime vistas,
I highly recommend Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower!
