When it comes to getting from Osaka Airport to the city center,
you have so many choices, including the Rapi:t train, Haruka express, and limousine buses.
However, with many of these options,
you often have to walk a fair distance to the boarding area,
and even after arriving in the city,
you might still need to walk quite a way to your booked accommodation.
But what if there was a shared pickup service that even solo travelers could use,
and what's more, could be incredibly cost-effective when utilizing a special pass?
Well, there is!
Today, I'll introduce you to the INNN Airport Pickup Service, which you can use affordably with the Kansai Joy Pass!

First, let me briefly explain what the INNN Airport Pickup Service is.
It's a pickup service that allows you to travel anywhere in Osaka city from Osaka Airport in a dedicated vehicle,
and it's normally available for a standard price of 2,790 JPY per person.

However, you won't be using the vehicle alone;
it's a system where you share the car with up to 8 passengers to travel to the city center.
❗️The great advantage of this service is that you can currently use it very affordably by utilizing the Kansai Joy Pass.
In this case, you can't get off just anywhere in the city;
it's only available for three pre-designated drop-off locations.
📌 Kansai Joy Pass Designated Drop-off Locations
1. In front of Onyado Nono Namba Hotel (Shinsaibashi)
2. Hotel Zipangu (Shin-Imamiya)
3. Ginza Diamond Shiraishi Osaka Store (Umeda)
While you might feel a bit restricted by having only three designated locations,

❗️Currently, you can book a **Kansai Joy Pass for three attractions at a 50% discount for ~$13** (19,400 KRW), which means the effective cost for the INNN pickup service itself is around **~$4** (6,500 KRW).
So, even with the drop-off location restrictions, the **merit of getting to the city center at half the price compared to the Rapi:t train** makes this an excellent value-for-money service!
You can book your Joy Pass at a discount below!

Next, I'll share the **location of the INNN Airport Pickup Service and my personal experience** using it.

After completing immigration and exiting the airport,
walk straight to your left.
You'll see a Starbucks cafe, and the INNN booth is located right in front of it.

At the booth, show your Kansai Joy Pass to the staff.
They will scan your QR code and explain how to use the service.
(No prior reservation is needed for the booth visit.)
By the way, when I used it, there was a Korean-speaking staff member, which was incredibly convenient!
(English-speaking staff are also available.)

First, take a moment to read the instructions in Korean, and then you can proceed with your on-site reservation by following the staff's guidance.
I chose Onyaodo Nono Namba Hotel as my drop-off point.
Using the Joy Pass incurs absolutely no extra charges, so you can rest assured!

Once your reservation is complete, you'll be given a band with the last few digits of your phone number on it.
Wear it on your wrist and attach one to your luggage.
After that, simply take a seat on the bench and wait until the vehicle is full.
They explained that you might have to wait up to 30 minutes, but I only waited for about 5 minutes and was able to board right away!

At that time, eight of us shared one vehicle,
and apart from me, everyone else was a Chinese tourist.

Following the staff's lead, we went to the parking lot where an 11-seater mid-sized vehicle was waiting for us.
The driver personally loaded our luggage,
and all I had to do was comfortably get into the car.

The vehicle had quite generous legroom,
and with two single seats available,
I could ride comfortably even as a solo traveler.

In my particular vehicle, we picked me up at Terminal 1,
then collected other tourists at Terminal 2, and finally headed towards downtown Osaka.
While travel times can vary depending on road conditions,
it generally takes about 50 minutes to an hour to reach downtown Osaka.

Luckily, I was the second person to be dropped off,
and we arrived in the city center in just about 50 minutes.
If I had taken the Rapi:t train, I would've had to factor in the waiting time for the train, plus the walk from Nankai Namba Station to my accommodation.
Coming straight to my hotel like this was incredibly convenient!

Today, I shared my experience with the INNN pick-up vehicle service, which I used for my transfer from Osaka Kansai Airport to the city center.
It was incredibly convenient to be able to get directly to the front of my booked hotel with minimal walking.
Especially since I was using the Kansai Joy Pass...
I effectively got to ride for just ~$4,
and my satisfaction was doubled thanks to that.
For travelers with parents or children,
this is a service I highly recommend.
Also, if you've booked a hotel near Onsen Ryokan Nono Namba or Umeda Station,
by utilizing the Kansai Joy Pass,
I recommend giving it a try!
When using the INNN Airport pick-up service with the Kansai Joy Pass, you can only be dropped off at three pre-designated locations. These drop-off points are in front of Onyado Nono Namba Hotel, Hotel Zipang, and Ginza Diamond Shiraishi Osaka store.
Currently, you can book a 3-attraction Kansai Joy Pass at a 50% discount for ~$13, making the INNN pick-up service effectively cost ~$4. This offers the advantage of traveling to the city center at half the price compared to the Rapi:t train.
After clearing immigration and exiting the airport, walk straight to your left until you see a Starbucks cafe. The INNN booth is located in front of it. Show your Kansai Joy Pass at the booth, and a staff member will scan the QR code and assist you with your same-day reservation.
Travel to Osaka city center takes approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour, depending on road conditions. You may wait up to 30 minutes for the vehicle to fill up. In my experience, I waited about 5 minutes before boarding immediately.
