Are you planning a trip to Da Nang, Vietnam?
With so many types of accommodation in Da Nang,
it can be tough to decide which one to book, right?
Today, for those of you looking for a city hotel in Da Nang,
I'm excited to share my personal experience at the 5-star Narodo Hotel!
The Narodo Hotel is right in front of My Khe Beach,
which means incredible access to all the tourist spots.
While the hotel has its own swimming pool, you also have the fantastic advantage of swimming at My Khe Beach
and heading straight back to your room.
Plus, with stunning ocean views of My Khe Beach right from the hotel,
you can soak in the romantic ambiance!
What's more, if you check out the map above, you'll see that from The Narodo Hotel,
all the amazing restaurants and cafes I've marked with a heart are super close,
and essential city spots like Han Market and the Pink Cathedral
are less than a 10-minute taxi ride away!
I always believe that city hotels absolutely need great accessibility,
and this place made moving around so convenient throughout my trip!

When I book accommodation for international trips, I always compare prices across

seems to be the most affordable way to book.

Hotel Check-in
At Da Nang's The Narodo Hotel, check-in is at 2 PM,
and check-out is at 12 PM.
We arrived before check-in time,
so we left our luggage with them.
It's super convenient that you can also leave your bags after check-out!
Upon check-in, we were delighted to receive a refreshing and sweet
ginger drink!
Just a heads-up: you'll receive your room key when you retrieve your luggage and check in – simply ask for it at the front desk!
Superior Double Ocean View
We specifically booked the **Superior Double Ocean View** to soak in that incredible My Khe Beach vista. We ended up getting room 1601 on the 16th floor – talk about a prime spot!
The moment we stepped into the room, I literally gasped! That vibrant blue ocean view hit us instantly, and it felt like all my worries just melted away – pure bliss!
Honestly, the price difference between a city view and an ocean view isn't huge, so I’d **highly recommend going for the ocean view** if you can!
Plus, they had two comfy single sofas perfect for unwinding while gazing at the sea – that was just the cherry on top!
The king-size bed was just the right amount of plush, making it super easy to drift off into a deep, comfortable sleep.
And the room itself was wonderfully spacious – we could lay out two large suitcases without feeling cramped at all!
The room also came equipped with essentials like a table, chairs, and a TV.
That table, in particular, was a lifesaver – perfect for catching up on some laptop work or enjoying a late-night snack!
You'll also find two bottles of mineral water, instant coffee, and various teabags readily available – feel free to indulge!
Inside the minibar, you'll find refreshing sodas, tasty snacks, and even cup noodles! They're actually not as pricey as you might expect, so just take a quick peek at the price list and feel free to treat yourself!
Beyond that, the room thoughtfully provides robes, hangers, a safe, slippers, and various glassware and cups for your convenience!
Next up, let's talk about the bathtub!
And get this – even from the bathtub, you can pull up the curtain and enjoy a completely open ocean view! It made for such a truly healing experience.
The bathroom was thoughtfully laid out, with separate areas for the washbasin, shower, and toilet. Its generous size made the whole space feel incredibly fresh and comfortable.
Just a heads-up, inside the shower booth, you'll find shampoo and body wash,
so you might want to bring your own conditioner.
But don't worry, they've got you covered with other essentials like towels, hand towels, soap, a toothbrush set,
cotton swabs, combs, and even razors! It was so nice
not having to pack a huge toiletry bag from home.
Ocean View
One of the absolute biggest reasons I chose The Naro Hotel was,
without a doubt, this incredible My Khe Beach ocean view!
I checked in on a beautiful sunny day, and it was just breathtaking.
While the daytime views are stunning, the evenings are equally magical, with the ocean view
and the city lights twinkling together,
creating a truly spectacular nightscape!
And to top it all off, after we checked in and came back from exploring the city,
The Naro Hotel had even prepared some thoughtful welcome snacks for us – it was such a heartwarming touch!
Finally, let me show you around some of The Naro Hotel's fantastic amenities:
the swimming pool and fitness center.
The Naro Hotel's swimming pool is wonderfully spacious, making it a great place to swim.
Just a little tip: the sun can be quite intense,
so I'd recommend enjoying the pool a bit later in the afternoon or evening when the sun is a little less strong.
The fitness center is conveniently located with a lovely view overlooking
the swimming pool.
While it might not be huge, it still offers a good selection of equipment, including treadmills,
stationary bikes, and some strength training machines.
So, there you have it – my full review of The Naro Hotel, a fantastic city hotel in Da Nang.
With its stunning My Khe Beach ocean views and excellent accessibility to all the local attractions,
The Naro Hotel is definitely somewhere I'd love to stay again
