During my trip to Weihai, China, I decided on my 2-night accommodation...
...and landed on <Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel Weihai>.
Weihai, China, has a charming small-city vibe,
making everything feel close by and taxi fares super affordable.
So, I figured one hotel would be perfect for my stay!
What's more, hotel prices in Weihai are incredibly budget-friendly,
meaning you can enjoy a 4 or 5-star experience without breaking the bank!
✅ Great Value Accommodation ✅ Near Hanlefang Night Market ✅ Central Weihai
These were the three main things I looked for when searching for a place to stay.
I debated between Silvia Hotel and Metropolo Hotel,
but ultimately chose the one with a higher rating and a lower price point:
Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel Weihai! 😊
Here's the Gaode Map for Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel Weihai.
I'll leave the Chinese characters in the comments below for you to copy. 😉
Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel Weihai: Affordable Accommodation & Prices

I successfully booked the Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel Weihai
for approximately ~$55 for two nights! ❤️
(That was about ~$14 cheaper than Silvia Hotel!)
A 4-star hotel with such a fantastic location,
and it's only around ~$28 a night – isn't that just incredible?! 😄

Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel Weihai:
Boutique Twin Room

In China, it's still quite common to find places where smoking is permitted,
and hotels are no exception!
When booking, I specifically chose the non-smoking option,
and I added a special request for a smoke-free room as well.
(In Chinese: 我对烟味很敏感。 请给我没有烟味的房间。 谢谢。)
Also, when choosing your room, there's often a windowless option that's the cheapest,
but there's usually only a small price difference of a few dollars for a room with a window, so definitely check!
To ensure my friend and I could sleep comfortably in separate beds, I opted for a room with a window,
choosing the Boutique Twin Room with two beds.
As soon as we stepped inside, I was so pleased by how spacious the room was,
and there was even a wardrobe near the entrance, which was super convenient! 😄
Honestly, if you wanted a room this size in Korea,
A night would easily cost ~$69-~$138, but it was only ~$28! 😍

The bed was large, feeling like a super single, and perfectly plush, so I could get some serious beauty sleep! ♪(´▽`)
There's a bedside table in the middle, and since the outlets are 220v, I could use all my devices from home without an issue~
There are plenty of outlets by the desk as well, so you don't necessarily need to bring a travel adapter; just pack a multi-outlet power strip and you won't need any extra plug converters! 👍

By the window, there's a big sofa and a table, perfect for late-night chats or enjoying late-night snacks bought from Hanlakbang Night Market or food ordered for delivery!
The TV works, but since everything's in Chinese, I just skipped it, haha.
Underneath the TV, there's a mini-fridge hidden in a drawer; it's not super cold, but most hotels in China don't even have fridges, so just having one was amazing! LOL.

The bathroom and shower were also incredibly clean and spacious, my friend and I kept repeating, 'This is only ~$28?!' over and over...😆
The sink and mirror were large, and the lighting was bright, making it super comfortable to do my makeup in the morning, haha.

It was also great that the shower and toilet were separate, though with transparent walls, sharing them at the same time might be a bit awkward, haha!
The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were all provided, but I highly recommend bringing a shower filter!
I stayed here for two nights, and my brand-new shower filter turned slightly brown – it's an absolute must-have! ✨

Amenities included a shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razor, cotton pads, and cotton swabs, among others~
They also provided plenty of towels and a hairdryer, which I used comfortably morning and evening!

I was wondering what kind of water to drink in China to avoid any issues, but at the Weihai Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel, they stacked up bottles of water on every floor, which was fantastic!
Saved money on water~ Drank safe water~ All good! ❤️

On the first floor, in front of the reception, there was also a mini-bar with a great ambiance, and breakfast is served daily from 7 AM to 10 AM!
I didn't opt for breakfast because there were so many dining options nearby, but since it's only about a ~$3 difference, it might be worth trying, haha.
Additionally, there are meeting rooms and a gym inside the hotel, and anyone who needs them can use them for free~

Seriously great value and super clean for ~$28 a night!

making it an all-around satisfying and great value accommodation in Weihai, China 👍
