My absolute favorite dishes, and the ones that personally stood out the most, were:

The Stir-fried Flowering Leek has a flavor profile that appeals to everyone, with absolutely no hit-or-miss opinions.
It's another 'rice thief' – so delicious with rice!
I honestly thought Taiwanese food might not be for me,
but wow, it's absolutely delicious!
The Fried Egg Tofu was slightly crispy on the outside and incredibly soft on the inside,
it felt almost like silken tofu, so wonderfully tender! ~~~
I personally prefer my food a bit saltier, so I even wished it was a tad saltier!
Absolutely a perfect 'rice thief' 🍚🍚🍚
And the steamed fish dish? It's steamed sea bream.
It's an absolute must-try, you can't go wrong!
Even when I visit Thailand, I always make sure to order a fish dish.
The soy sauce is incredibly delicious, perfect for mixing with rice and a sprinkle of green onions...

Many of these dishes are 'rice thieves' (so good they make you eat a lot of rice), so we highly recommend having them with rice.
