Our family trip to Osaka led us to an unexpected culinary gem. After a delightful morning of shopping with my nieces and nephews at Namba Parks,
lunchtime rolled around.
As we slowly made our way towards Kuromon Market, I checked my saved Google Maps list and stumbled upon 'Jutei' (重亭), a 70-year-old Western-style restaurant right nearby.
Its classic hamburg steak and omurice seemed perfect for the kids, and the location was ideal for our route, so we made it our immediate destination.

I was prepared for a long wait. Luckily, we arrived just after the main lunch rush,
allowing us to join the front of the line almost immediately.
However, within minutes, a considerable queue quickly formed behind us, a clear sign of Jutei's enduring popularity.
A thoughtful touch here is that staff take your order while you're waiting in line,
which means your food arrives relatively quickly once you're seated.
