We arrived during the bustling lunch hour on a weekend, and while there was a line of locals waiting, the turnover for ramen is usually quite fast, so our wait wasn't long at all. However, seeing so many locals patiently queuing confirmed that this was a truly authentic spot. In fact, we were the only non-Japanese diners there at the time, which is always a great sign!
