What's more, the room was incredibly spacious for a Japanese hotel. I booked a double room and it felt more like a suite! We easily spread out a 28-inch suitcase and even a 20-inch one, still having plenty of room to move around.

Another thing I absolutely loved was the supermarket located in the hotel's basement.

It's open until midnight, making it incredibly convenient to grab cup noodles, beer, simple bento boxes, bread, pudding, and other snacks.

Even if we came back late after a fun night out, it was easy to pick up something to eat. I even scored some cheap sushi thanks to their time-sale discounts!

(While Japanese convenience stores are great, supermarket prices are generally lower!)

Being in the heart of Namba also means incredibly easy access to other tourist spots.
