If you're visiting Ho Chi Minh City, chances are you'll find yourself at 'The Cafe Apartment,' a vibrant hub of cafes!

It's located right in front of the bustling Ho Chi Minh City Square.

So, its accessibility is fantastic.

Among the many options, I visited % Arabica Coffee, famous for its delicious lattes! I'll also share the prices and my menu recommendations with you!

I visited it last year too, and it's quite a great spot for an experience or simply to enjoy a refreshing coffee on a hot day, which is why I'm writing this post.

Exterior, Interior.

This is the exterior of The Cafe Apartment that I took last year!

The photos I took this year are above.

Comparing them, they look similar, but some shops have closed, and new ones have opened.

But it didn't really matter, as we were heading straight for % Coffee anyway, haha.

When you first arrive, you might wonder, 'Is this really it?'

The exterior looks quite run-down.

It was originally an apartment building constructed in the 1960s, but it has now been renovated into cafes, shops, galleries, and more.

In fact, as I went down the stairs, it seemed like some residents still live there.

Once inside, you'll find an elevator,

and an attendant who collects a fee for using it.

The fee is 3,000 VND!

That's about ~$0 per person.

✔️I recommend heading up to the very top floor first, then exploring the cafes as you make your way down.

Last year, I visited a place called 'Good Day' on, I think, the 7th floor...?

While the prices were incredibly low, it was surprisingly hot, so I personally recommend % Coffee on the 4th floor.

This time, I visited in the evening.

There were a few more people compared to daytime.

Luckily, they had a decent-sized group seating area, so we could all sit together.

They were also selling various merchandise!

The charm of The Cafe Apartment truly lies in the terraces of each cafe.

From right here, you can look down on Ho Chi Minh Square.

The atmosphere is absolutely incredible, isn't it?!

You can even see City Hall far in the distance.

If you visit during the day, you can capture some truly charming, picture-perfect shots like this!

"% Arabica Coffee"

Here's the menu.

I've actually been to % Arabica Coffee twice, just in Ho Chi Minh City!

I imagine the menu is probably the same.

The menu item I recommend is their signature Kyoto Latte!

Last year, I ordered both the Kyoto Latte and a regular latte, but this time, since I was with my parents, we ordered a variety of different drinks.

They also had desserts for sale on the side.

This time, I also had their signature 'Kyoto Latte'.

The coffee isn't bitter, so the latte is incredibly nutty and flavorful.

Compared to a regular latte, I felt like it had 'a bit more of a soy milk vibe to it.'

It's a nutty, smooth Kyoto Latte that just goes down easily.

Located on the 4th floor, the view of Ho Chi Minh Square from the terrace was quite captivating.
