Hiyori Hotel Namba Station Review 2026: Foot Massagers, Takoyaki

I loved both the location and the rooms,

so I've been there twice!!

Great for visiting with kids or parents,

I'll share my review of Hiyori Hotel~!!

The hotel I frequently choose whenever I visit Osaka recently is Hiyori Hotel.

Located just a 3-minute walk from Nankai Namba Station,

it's convenient for returning to Kansai Airport,

and being close to major tourist attractions like Dotonbori and Namba,

I really loved the location~

Plus, Hiyori Hotel even offers a takoyaki-making experience~!!

This time, I booked a room with a breakfast-included package.

So, in this post,

I'll share a room review, breakfast, and the takoyaki experience,

along with pros and cons and even booking tips~!!

1. What I Loved About Hiyori Hotel

The biggest advantage of Hiyori Hotel is

its incredible location!!

Being right in front of Nankai Namba Station, when coming from the airport,

or when returning to the airport,

it's super convenient!!

When I usually return to the airport,

I take the rapid express train, not the Limited Express Rapi:t,

and since this is the starting point, I can always get a seat!!

And there are convenience stores nearby,

drugstores and other amenities.

Also, I really liked that you can walk to Dotonbori, Namba, and other areas.

And the staff are friendly,

and when I visited, there was even a Korean staff member!!

Lastly, they have a foot massager...

I look for it every time... haha

2. Cons of Hiyori Hotel

Personally, during this stay,

there wasn't anything significantly disappointing.

However, Osaka hotel prices can vary greatly depending on your travel dates,

so there can be a big difference in accommodation costs.

Therefore, especially on weekends or during peak season, I recommend comparing prices across various booking platforms.

I usually make most of my hotel bookings through Trip.com.

If you stay 3 nights or more, you get an additional 5% discount for consecutive nights,

and most importantly, their customer service and feedback are quick.

And when you use a hotel, they give you points,

or even just by writing a simple review,

you can earn coins, which I then use on my next trip

to save on travel expenses^^

The room I stayed in this time was a Standard Double Room.

The room was more spacious than I expected.

There was enough space to fully open both a 24-inch expandable suitcase and a 20-inch expandable suitcase!!

There were plenty of power outlets,

and USB charging was even available right by the bed,

making it super convenient to charge phones, cameras, and more.

Plus, they even had a multi-charger available in the room,

which was fantastic for charging multiple devices at once!

I was assigned a room on the 9th floor,

and I absolutely loved the night view from the window.

As for the basic amenities,

they didn't just provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash;

they also had cleansing milk, oil, foam cleanser, a hairdryer, and even a curling iron!

So,

it's totally fine if you forget something while packing!

If you're staying for multiple nights, they don't do daily room cleaning,

but if you leave your trash can outside your door, they'll empty it,

and they'll bring fresh towels and other essentials!

Foot Massager

Here's why I insist on staying at Hiyori Hotel....!

When you travel around Osaka, you're on your feet all day long, right?

No matter how comfy your shoes are~

even if you use foot patches and take swelling relief supplements,

swollen feet are still a struggle, ㅜ ㅜ

But Hiyori Hotel has a foot massager,

and it's absolutely amazing for relieving fatigue!!

In Southeast Asian countries, you might go out for a massage,

but in Japan, massage prices can feel a bit steep,

so having a foot massager right in your hotel room??

It really makes a huge difference in your recovery!!

Hiyori Hotel's Happy Hour comes with no extra charge,

and anyone staying at the hotel can enjoy it!

1. Evening Ochazuke Service

In the evenings, you can enjoy a Japanese-style Ochazuke

that you get to make yourself.

You pick your favorite toppings and prepare it,

which is a wonderful way to experience a bit of Japanese tradition!

2. Takoyaki Making Experience

When you think of food in Osaka,

the first thing that comes to mind has to be Takoyaki, right?!

During Hiyori Hotel's happy hour,

you can actually make your own Takoyaki!

It's a unique experience you can have right at the hotel,

and somehow, making it yourself just makes it taste even better, don't you think~?

And it's not just Ochazuke and Takoyaki;

you can also enjoy drinks with them,

making it perfect for a light dinner!

6. Hiyori Hotel Breakfast

This time, we booked breakfast along with our stay,

and Hiyori Hotel offers a really generous breakfast time.

It's available until 1 PM, which means you can have it after checking out

before heading to the airport,

or even come back and enjoy it after an early morning sightseeing trip!

That's the beauty of it!

It's a buffet featuring both Japanese and Western dishes, and it was quite impressive,

so we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Hiyori Hotel Overall Review

Hiyori Hotel Namba is incredibly convenient for airport transfers, thanks to its proximity to Nankai Namba Station.

From its comfortable room amenities to a variety of supplementary services,

it was a truly satisfying hotel experience.

Especially if you're looking for a place with staff who can communicate in Korean,

accommodation with a foot massager,

or a fantastic hotel for exploring Namba and Dotonbori,

then look no further –

we highly recommend it!
