A Recommended Stay for 3 with a Public Bath

Even though Japan's charming smaller cities are quite popular these days,
the truth that a trip to Japan means Osaka is
an undeniable fact!!
That just means there's so much to see and eat, right?!

Osaka also has so many accommodation options,
but for me, a Japan trip involves a lot of walking,
meaning it's a journey where fatigue inevitably builds up,
so I think accommodation with a hot spring is absolutely essential!

When I'm picking a place to stay in Osaka, these are my must-have elements:
1. Near Namba Station (great airport rail accessibility)
2. A hot spring (onsen)
3. Proximity to a major landmark
I always prioritize these 3 things,
but since this trip is with friends,
I made sure to check if the hotel offered an all-you-can-drink lounge
first and foremost!

Walking distance from Namba Station 3 minutes from Tsutenkaku |

In downtown Osaka Namba,
you'll find Tsutenkaku, which is a real hotspot these days,
and the Hinode Hotel is right in front of it!
☑️ How to get there from Kansai Airport
Take the Rapi:t train - Get off at Namba Station
then a 10-minute walk

Since we're traveling as a party of 3 this time,
a price where 3 people could stay for around ~$73
was important to us!
Fortunately, Hinode's triple room
was available for booking at ~$44-~$51 per person!
What's more, on Trip.com,
rooms that included the all-you-can-drink lounge for free
were available for booking,
so there was no need to ask at the counter separately!

Triple Room

At the Hinode Hotel,
when checking in, I noticed that
besides the all-you-can-drink lounge,
they also offered late-night snacks like ramen and curry
for free!

The Triple Room We Stayed In
Each of us had our own bed.

Slippers were neatly arranged too!

The bathroom was super clean too!
However, with three women,
you know it's a battle every morning to get ready, right?

That's why it was even better
that we could use the public bathhouse's hot spring!
You have no idea
how amazing it was, haha!

The bedding was spotless,
and with pajamas prepared for three people,
it's the perfect accommodation
for a group of three!
Plus, it offers amazing value for money~^^
The Drinks Lounge
Osaka Hinode Hotel

When you usually think of a drinks lounge,
you might just imagine beer, right?
But here, you can make cocktails, sake, highballs, sours –
pretty much anything you want! It was incredible lol.

From expensive Japanese liquors
to a huge variety of Western spirits and sake,
beers and highballs
were even tastier because you could dispense them yourself from the machines!

What's more, you can buy snacks and food
from the convenience store nearby and bring them in to enjoy,
so you can truly soak in all the romantic charm of your Japan trip! :)
The Hot Spring Baths
Osaka Hinode Hotel

As for the hot springs,
they have public baths, family baths, and private baths
all within the same building.

You can use them on different floors,
but for family baths and private baths, you'll need to reserve them
at the counter beforehand.

In the case of the public bathhouse,
massage chairs and hair dryers
were all neatly arranged and kept tidy, which was such a relief! ㅠㅠ

The hot spring baths even had two different pools,
so we could really relax and warm up our bodies
after a long day of travel, haha!

This hotel is also great for groups
because you save so much on drinks, for starters!~~
Hinode Hotel Nippombashi
~$44-51 per person
1. Rooms for 3 available
2. Hot spring (Onsen) facilities
3. Free unlimited alcoholic beverage lounge
4. Free late-night snacks
5. Close to Tsutenkaku landmark
For your Osaka trip hotel,
I highly recommend Hinode Hotel!!
Booking site including unlimited alcoholic beverage lounge
